Firstly I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks to Alex and Martha for your welcome and hospitality the apartment and location was amazing. They assisted me with a very prompt reply if I had a question. We were staying down towards makenzy and the location was not ideal plus our apartment was not what not as described so after some unfortunate events I had to get my family out of there and im so glad I found Raam.As a frequent visitor to Cyprus I will be hoping to stay there again very soon

I had a wonderful stay in Larnaca. The place was very comfortable and made me feel right at home. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Larnaca.

Very clean and comfortable

We had an amazing 10 days. We rented 2 apartments, one on the 2d and one on the 3d floor. The location is prefect, around the corder from the beach and right in the middle of the best shoppong and dining in Larnaca. The Street in front is currently under construction so there as a little bit of dust and mild construction noise during the day but it did not affect our stay at all. Ithaki in the alleyway at the end of the Q City Center walkway directly across from the front door was our favorite restaurant. The apartments themselves were perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. I could not recommend this enough. 10/10.

One of the bedrooms had a comfortable bed, but the other bed was old and not relaxing at all — it really needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn’t up to standard either. The floors had dust in several areas, and it felt like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. One major issue we faced was the presence of four cameras that seemed linked to the apartment. When we raised the concern, the owner initially refused to remove them. It was only after we showed clear evidence — including suspicious dark mirror walls — that action was taken. After that, three of the mirrors were removed, leaving only the one at the entrance. Still, the entire situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable and stressed during our stay, as we didn’t feel fully safe or private. On top of that, roadwork was happening during our visit, which made things worse. There was constant noise, and the building was inaccessible by car. We had to carry our luggage by foot from a far parking area, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This place has potential in terms of layout and decor, but the lack of cleanliness, privacy concerns, and noisy environment made it a very unpleasant stay. Definitely not the relaxing experience we were hoping for.

I got all the explanations I need and more

A beautiful, new apartment, close to the city beach and in the city center. Clean and well-maintained. Communication with the owners was online, and we picked up the key using a code.

There are construction works in front of the apartment, so both the street and the terrace are covered in a lot of dust. We also have a complaint about the apartment maintenance. Cleaning is offered upon request, so if you want the apartment cleaned, you have to pay extra. I haven’t stayed in private accommodation for a while, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this kind of business practice. (I rent out apartments myself, and they are cleaned daily.) Another complaint is about toilet paper and paper towels. One roll costs €0.30 and isn’t enough for even one person. Charge more for the stay if needed, but at least provide these basic supplies.

The suite was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — just like in the photos. Both check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were always responsive and easy to communicate with.

I liked that the apartment because it was well-positioned , was clean and very nice-looking. I liked also the owners , which were very welcoming and helpful. They provided us all the info we've needed during our stay and the apartment had everything we've needed.

We were unlucky because the street was under reconstruction during our stay and that meant noise in the morning. But that's not the owners fault.

Comfortable recently renovated condo. Everything worked well. Kitchenware and supplies were provided. Easy check-out. The location is very close to the beach and many other Larnaca attractions and shops.

Unfortunately the road and building construction was going in front of our building when we stayed (the end of April 2025). That made it hard to find and get to the building when we arrived with our luggage. Also the noise and the dust were a bit annoying. I am sure the street below will look beautiful once they are done with construction, but they are not there yet. The condo doesn't have a dedicated parking spot and the commercial parking in that part of Larnaca is expensive. So if you'd like to park for free there is one big lot behind the bus station (about 10 minutes walk from the condo).

Cleanliness, size of the apartment, facilities, location to the town and beach and the beds were very comfortable.

Only negative was the road works being carried out directly outside the entrance. But this isn't the properties fault.
