How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Around the bathroom, the wooden floor was a little bit scratched and worn off, it was visibly damaged because probably of the water. Probably they will change in the meantime but besides that everything was awesome!
The property was clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady was a jewel! The property is really good positioned and you can easily access the beach and all the restaurants around ( it's about 5 min. walk to the beachfront ). The AC was working and the room was tidy and neat because the housekeeper did clean our room nearly every day. I will definitely come again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The assistance from Natalya, Maria, and Kristina was outstanding — they helped us with dinner bookings and always followed up to make sure everything was perfect. Their care and attention made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I love everything about it.
Not only does it safe me paying for taxis all the time, it was literally a walking distance from everything. The shops, restaurants, the beach, smoothie bars… EVERYTHING. Also, the tv had Netflix, YouTube and prime. Which made it easy to connect my accounts and just watch. The internet was super fast and the air con was perfect.

Generally, I liked the entire experience, and I am satisfied during my stay. The only thing I somewhat missed was a bit of coziness. The apartment has a sterile flair which could have been a bit warmer.
Very clean and convenient apartment. With the extra kitchen, the apartment provides ample space for two people, making it ideal also for longer stays.

I don’t think there’s a single thing we didn’t like about the place.
The room we were in was pretty spacious and nice. Everything looks and feels new and good. It’s close to some of the beaches, there are many cafes and restaurants/fast food chains nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. The ladies at the reception were really kind, especially the one who met us when we arrived, she was so funny and energetic, we really liked her.

Enjoyed this stay a lot, little small relatively calm street close to city and in the city center, all you need around, close to beach and harbour for my diving boat access. Room perfectly spacious for such a stay, all staff and team very nice to guests. Luggage room.

The cleaning staff abandoned large laundry bags in the small elevator and it was difficult for my grandmother to get upstairs, so it was hard to enter the elevator. It only happened once so we didn't notify the front desk. It's best next time to not leave it in the elevator and get it out once it reaches the lobby level. That said, the cleaning staff were helpful in checking in on us if we needed more towels and coffee, so we appreciated that.
Very good location, large room/mini apartment with nice kitchen amenities. Very clean. Was good for two nights. Fast WiFi. Staff was helpful in getting affordable taxis to some locations.

Blazer Residence is comfortable and clean. I needed to stay longer than planned, and the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. The rooms are basic but well-maintained, and the location is central.
