Although I booked a double bedroom, it was a twin bedroom. Be ready to pay for refreshments at dinner if you book half board. Only water is free. A little bit to crowded around the pool.

Some members of the staff (very few) need to improve their communication skills with clients.

The room was clean and had a nice sea view. Most of the staff was very positive and pleasant. Buffet breakfast and meals were very good and covered most of the tasting preferences. In addition we had dinner one night in the restaurant of the hotel which was exceptional. Games such as table tennis and billiard added to the overall stay experience. The swimming pool was clean at all times.

The hotel reception is unappealing and very dated looking. The kids' corner was also very old looking and needs a revamp. The hotel has people like sardines stuck together with an overpopulation of sunbeds. I am not hyperbolic. It was very uncomfortable to even get to the beds. (One of us didn't like the breakfast)

We liked the layout of the rooms and the opulence of the hotel grounds where the apartments lie. The air con was excellent and tested well in 40 celcius heat. The place is extremely clean. The reception staff was very helpful. (One of us loved the breakfast).

Pool is very deep for the majority of it!

Location was perfect. We were on a girls holiday but didn’t want a “party” hotel. It had a nice mix of young people with families too. You weren’t kept up with music or people shouting when you were in your room.

However, the room had a noticeable mold smell and wasn’t very clean. We also found ants in several places — in the closet, behind the mirror, and even in the bed. With better room maintenance and cleanliness, this place could offer a much better experience.

The hotel has a great location and a generally nice atmosphere, especially around the pool. The layout with the rooms surrounding the pool creates a lovely and relaxing vibe. Staff were friendly, and the blonde receptionist gave us a very warm welcome, which we really appreciated.

Our stay was good and was as expected but the staff have a lack of friendliness and respect as many of them do not make you feel welcome, staff are very unfriendly and never smile. And the room was not very clean when we first checked in, there was hair on the bed & floor and it didn’t seem like they cleaned the toilets well.

We stayed here for two weeks and everything was excellent. The hotel is a bit small, but that makes it convient as everything is very close Also they have a washer and dryer which are ideal for a long stay

The rooms, while on the surface looked lovely, there was some clear wear and tear in the wardrobes and bathroom. There were some areas of the room that were not overly clean but it was mostly just surface level dirty and nothing serious. Did not affect our stay. The mattress was extremely firm which for me was too hard and uncomfortable. But that's my personal preference.

Great location and facilities for our family. The pools were great and our toddler and baby loved them. Staff were lovely and gave us a cake, fruit and wine in our room as we were celebrating birthdays.

There is good beach near the hotel (very rocky).

The view from the terracce to the pool was marvelous. Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean and staff who is there to help you ( we had a urgent matter and they immediately respond). The breakfast was excellent, fresh food every day, with a lot of choices (traditional, Mediterranean etc). The wifi was great, also. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk by the seaside promenade which is only 1 min away. We really enjoyed it!

This is the second time I come to this hotel, and I face the same problem with the shower drainage. Staff were very helpful and fixed the problem quickly.

The room is nice and very clean. The area is very nice. There are many shops around. It is close to the square and bus stop. the pool is really large and nice. The breakfast is perfect and very generous.

The park nearby closes at 2 am - if your room is near the park, don't expect to sleep before. The hotel doesn't provide the slippers. The shower drain was clogged and water was all over the bathroom. The A/C didn't work - we had to open the window.

Overall the hotel is good value for money. It is a condo of two-story buildings and has tranquility not common for Napa hotels. The room looked renovated and modern designed. The reception staff (english-speaking) was very nice to us. The breakfast is plentiful as usual for all Atlantica hotels.

The hotel doesn't corresponds to 4 star, beds and rooms are very small, food variation is not very good. Water and other drinks are for extra cost at dinner. I expected more activities for children.

There is no any beach close, you need a car to go to beaches, the sea is close but not for swimming.
