The beds were too soft, our preference, not everyone's The air con was quite noisy in the bedrooms, 1 room was a quiet new unit but it leaked, which they are fixing The birds diving into the windows early was crazy, a problem the owners are trying to overcome with the mirrored windows

The location, so private and quiet on it's own away from other villa's. The views were stunning Great location to Pissouri and the local restaurants and bars The pool was fantastic, an infinity style, an the outside seating areas for throughout the day were perfect The hot tub was a new fun edition for the kids, we didn't use the sauna The outside bar was great, especially for the kids to make mocktails all day The loungers were really comfy The bedrooms were a good size, air con in each

This villa was fantastic, even more stunning in person than the pictures. The outside space is incredible and has everything you could possibly need. Sauna, hot tub and pool all brilliant. Rooms well very nice too.

Absolutely nothing!

Matteo's villa is a real gem of a place. It's very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The setting is beautiful with sea views and not overlooked by anything so very private. The hot tub and sauna are great recent additions which really add a lot to the experience. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos and overall it is excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This is a dream location. The infinity pool is gorgeous, the rooms and the garden is wonderful. The sound system is excelent and you can listen to music very loudly. The rooms are very clean, beds super comfortable, and everything is very clean and elegant. We felt extremely well!

It would have been nice to have a little welcome pack- maybe just with bread / milk / water - just in case we arrived late and had something - but we arrived early and had a car so wasn’t really a issue

The facilities within the villa / layout / distance to town and supermarket / friendliness and responsiveness from the owner were all amazing We will definitely return!!

Poker table..rooms are even in size..comfy beds comfy pillows..crazy hot water didn’t even needed to turn boiler on..sound system indoor & outdoor was easy to connect via Bluetooth..

Everything was wonderful from the minute we arrived until we left. We chose this villa for our family vacation as we thought it would be something we would never forget and we had the most wonderful memorable stay. We loved the corner sofa outside, we could sit and eat 12 people easily.. we also liked that you could watch a football game on the TV screen outside.. there was also a fridge and freezer outside to put the drinks.. the sounds system outside provides exceptional sound!

We loved that the house was as clean as it looks, Towels and sheets were neat and tidy. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in every shower were in high quality. Wifi connection worked fine. The host was very responsive and grateful!
