Infrastructure is little old, like the corridor carpet or the doors the building… but this doesn’t affect me negatively because for me is was value for money…

The hotel is old but they did upgraded the furniture. A bit more investment and it’s a really good hotel. The breakfast has some options but they are not all that good, I advise them to change the cheese and the jams and to include more pastries.

The staff is very helpful always and they are very nice. Everyone knows English! The pool was really warm and clean and in general the hotel smells nice and is clean

I didn’t like that everything at breakfast was pork. Regardless of religion or nationality, I believe some chicken options should be included. As a pregnant woman, I don’t eat any pork or veal, only chicken, and there were no chicken cold cuts available for breakfast. That’s the only downside of the hotel.

Very nice accommodation. The staff was extremely kind, and the hotel was truly spotless. The location is very peaceful and close to a beautiful beach. All compliments!

I didn't expect a lot when I was booking, thus was pleasantly surprised: nice and clean room with a good spacious walk-in shower, a balcony and very comfy bed (forgot to check in the brand of the mattress, had a nice sleep on it), quite big swimming pool, good breakfast with day by day varieties, and friendly stuff. Plus one trustworthy option for next trip to Agia Napa.

No, slippers in the rooms and no air refreshing system in the bathroom. However, we only had one night there

- the hotel needs interior renovation. Old doors, rusty storage drawers, a creepy ceiling in the room, and an obviously old air conditioner. The hotel looks better in the photos than it actually is. - beach towels are not freely provided. It seems that you need to leave a deposit, as it is not usual and not convenient.

+ good food. They cook really tasty, both for dinner and for breakfast (lunch was not taken); + the cost of living; + location. 5-8 minutes to the beach on foot. It's not as noisy as in the center of Ayia Napa.

Everything was just fine and better than expected for the price we paid. Friendly checkin and checkout. clean room. complete choice of items for breakfast. free parking for the car, decent pool, shady garden with trees. Most impressive is the location. Our room had see view. It is about 200m from a really nice beach and about the same from THE sunset spot, just opposite the cactus and statue garden, next to the bus station if you want to go to the other end of Agia Napa. We did not need a bus as we found nice bars and restaurants in walking distance.

A big thank you goes out to the owner, the Misses, (sorry don't have her name), but I was told she is the owner...for going out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In fact, she came into the dining area where I was having breakfast and she looked for me (and it was a very busy diner that day) to offer me something that no hotel in the world has offered me before. I'm so thankful to her. She truly made my day and I have been telling all my acquaintances and family members about such amazing service. Thank you so very much again.

The beds are not comfortable at all, the curtains are too light so it is not really dark in the room. Pretty far from the sea. The noise was moderate

The pool is nice, the breakfast and dinner buffet is simple, but ok. No proper parking, but enough space to park cars. There is a small playground for the kids which is in shadows pretty much all the day. The room was clean and all the staff was nice and ready to help

Very good value for money. Room was clean, confortable and big, with an huge terrace sea+ pool view. Breakfast has been very good for both quality and there were many options of food, such sweet and salty local pastries, omelette,eggs,sausages, fruits, yogurts, marmelades,cornflakes & many options of cofees and juices. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is good, in front of the lovely Sculpture park, where you can enjoy a nice walk at both sunset and daily times; also few minutes walking from Love Bridge. Is just a bit outside from the Aya Napa town centre, reachable in approx 30 minutes walking/ 5 minutes by car.
