There was construction outside the apartment complex, which led to some temporary difficulty entering/leaving the apartment. The owner was very helpful in communicating clearly with us and making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The location was very well placed with quick access to local shops, restaurants, sights and the beach. The flat was very nice and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed for our stay! Very chic too! The instructions we had were clear and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Great location, stylish apartment, well equipped kitchen, very thoughtful throughout. The said construction noise didn’t bother us. The 2 hosts met us in person. Especially Zoe went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Excellent value. Highly recommended!

We were told in advance about noise of the construction work outside (not the hotel's fault). There was no noise, but it was hard to traverse, especially during the day when all the machinery was there. Was impossible to wear heels on that street. Probably lovely when it's not in that state. Also, I was uncomfortable that the apartment door locked with just a code, didn't feel too secure to my taste. And we completely failed to figure out how the safe worked.

The place was very nice, cozy, in a great location to walk everywhere. Staff was very nice to meet my special request to draw me something, adorable second addition from the daughter, thank you! They also got out of their way to let me know about street being repaired, so really tried to make sure their guests were happy.

There were construction works outside the apartment complex which made getting out the apartment difficult and messy. It's not related to the apart owners in any way so of course I could not take any points off for that

The apartment itself is great - it has everything you need, it looks quite cozy and comfortable, it's located in the city centre. Air conditioning (though it looks like it's a must in the Cyprus climate) was a great part, not sure how we'd make it without this. It was nice to see all the small things like robes, sweets, wine etc etc

There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient for getting ready I suggest if it would be great if they could add at least one mirror inside the room. The construction work in front of the building made it difficult to access the entrance, especially with luggage. It was also hard for taxis to reach the hotel entrance due to the roadblocks caused by the construction.

The property was super clean, tidy, and comfortable.Everything was well-organized and maintained. They were extremely helpful . customer service was excellent and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend them and thank u for Mr. Alex who helped us.

Doves yelling at nigh was horrible, birds everywhere. Prefer earplugs for children size as well! Guests had to take out the trash themselves, quite weird. If you need something you get it via WhatsApp or email.

The roadworks made access a bit difficult but once this is completed it will be an excellent location for visiting Larnaca.

Really good and new apartment in Larnaca. Super close to the beach. You have everything you need to stay a few days. The kitchen has everything. The building is exclusive for the apartments. You will have a “guest supporter” via WhatsApp, which is great because you will have a “on time” support anytime. Recommend

Everything was great! The service was top notch! Everything was very close and convenient. Very clean apartment - for me it was very important. Comfortable bed, snow-white bed linen, towels, robes and slippers! Wine, water, tea, coffee and treats for tea were waiting for us in the apartment. Wonderful clean hall, it was nice to come into the house! And very caring hosts, they organized an early check-in for us, because our flight arrived in the morning. There are enough dishes in the kitchen, everything is new, neat, and we cooked our own food without any problems! Road repairs do not interfere at all. The only thing I noticed is that in the shower the sealing rubber near the wall lets water through a little, but this did not affect our comfort. We are glad that we found such a clean apartment and will definitely stay only with you from now on!
