Spacious balcony with seaview

I liked everything about the property all positive

The bed was hard for me and I ended up in the back room on a slightly softer bed. Aside from this the apartment was good. It just need some love. The shower drain was slow and needed to be cleared. None the less is was an acceptable and at times wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing and the location is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ithaki Phinikoudes Apartment No. 201, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. Location The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant area of Larnaca. With easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful beach, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Size and Cleanliness One of the standout features of this apartment is its generous size. It felt spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was also very clean, which added to our overall comfort during our stay. Host Experience The host was super friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided us with lots of helpful recommendations for dining and activities, which greatly enhanced our experience in Larnaca.

Areas for Improvement However, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. The water pressure in the shower was weak, making it challenging to take a satisfying shower.

A wonderful apartments in a wonderful location. You can watch the sunrise directly from the balcony. Large and comfortable apartments, very kind hosts who did not hesitate to give advice on where to visit the best.

The owner of the property was very nice and helpful from first booking until we left. The 2nd floor apartment is perfect and has everything you could ever need for a self catering holiday including two balconies on off the main bedroom and the other leading off from the main living room with a table and chairs to eat you’re meals whilst enjoying the sea views. The location could not be better off the beach front and close to the marina, shops , Restaurants and bars.

Nothing it was perfect

Perfect location with wonderful view. Very kind host, who helped with every information we needed. Very well equipped apartman, even beach towels are provided...:)

The best is the location and the sea view. The beach is a few steps away. You just take your beach towel and off you go. Larnaca has a very good sand beach. The restaurants and the cafés are all around you. Mini market, bakery, clothing stores (Next and M & S, for example) are just around the corner. We had a room in the apartment which looked away from the beach. It was the best bedroom to have. We had our meals on the terrace, looking out to the promenade and the sea. It felt like a royal loge in the theatre. The host is very kind and considerate. Our then 8 months daughter received a gift of very tasty porridge. The el kettle broke soon after our arrival. It was replaced on the next day. We felt like we were "taken care of." I recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly!

The mattress was very hard, and the cushions were too soft and uneven (for our taste). But it's still OK and not a real problem or inconvenience.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. AC heating works fine and thicker bed linen is provided, which is important in the winter season. Sunny terrace with a stunning view is lovely!

Could use a bit better cleaning and some hooks/hangers for clothing but overall nothing to complain about.

Communication from/with the owners of the apartment was absolutely amazing. I received many tips for restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the apartment - I used some of them and I have never been disappointed. The owners were also very helpful when there were any problems. I can only recommend!!! Definitely 10********** from me.

Wonderful fully equipped apartment with everything a family needs, with the perfect addition of a Mediterranean view. We really enjoyed our long stay.

Mattresses are on the stiff side. WiFi drops occasionally.

We stayed betwen 19-24 september. Everything was clean, and the host, Alex is amazing. He gave us a lot of useful information, we comunicated very well and very easy. There are some discounts at some restaurants. From the apartment to sandy beach is 1 minute walk. Coffee and restaurants are plenty around. The water is perfect including for children.

Awesome spot with stunning views, super friendly hosts, and some really fantastic restaurants nearby. Had an absolute blast – totally recommend it!

The location is perfect, very close to the beach. We had an apartment with a nice sea view. It is amazing. A bus stop to the airport and other places is nearby, that is very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. All the facilities are available. Highly recommend to families and couples!
