We rented 3 apartments in August and they were all very clean. The property has been recently renovated and has everything that you need. A very kind lady Miss Toulla who will meet you with whatever you need. Very close to the beach, about 10 minutes walking. It was a perfect holiday in a perfect place. Now we wait for next year to come back😊😁

Just in for a couple of nights break in Larnaca. This apartment was just right and set in a good location, not far from shops, facilities and the beach. Situated in nice and quiet area, definately had approachable and very helpful staff...would recommend staying there.

The location is a bit far from the city centre so I had to rely on the bus. Unfortunately though, they didn't follow the schedule strictly, so there were times when I waited way too long in the bus stop, wondering if the bus had already left or was just late. If I had my own vehicle, this wouldn't be an issue.

Tula was a fantastic host! She showed me the property and my room upon arrival and explained how to get in after hours, how to turn things on/off, etc. I was there during a holiday and she invited me and other guests to a feast where we ate so much good Cypriot food. The apartment I got had 2 balconies so I had a wonderful view. Unfortunately I was there during a very cold period in Larnaka so I didn't get to use any of the balconies. The Internet was reliable and I was able to work without issues. The apartment was spotless, and the way things were laid out was perfect for me. It was a great stay!

I liked pretty much everything so just a very minor comment that there could be more plugs or maybe an extension plug or cable in the living room. Other than that it was a lovely stay!

The apartment is pretty basic, there is no hairdryer in the room, but it is available if you ask for it. Also, no shampoo, we had to buy our own, however hand soap, toilet paper and garbage bags were provided. There is no washing machine in the room, but there is one in the building, which we could use. Overall, it was a great place for the price.

Great location, quite close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, but also quiet. Green yard with orange, mandarin and other citrus trees, also fresh herbs, which were available for property guests to pick. Amazing and very helpful host. Close to the bus stop, although public transport in Cyprus is not that great in general. I would recommend the place if you are traveling with small children and do not plan to do very active sightseeing in Larnaca or elsewhere in Cyprus. We were given clean towels and bedsheets every 4 days. Nice view from the balcony.

Maybe it would have been nice to have a toaster. Maybe. Having one double bed and 1 single bed in the bedroom could be arranged. Maybe a welcome food pack at an extra cost would be nice for those people who arrive late. But these are all suggestions.

The apartments had ample space. And also had a balcony with good views. The area was nice and quiet. Shops restaurants when nearby the beach was even closer. Cooking facilities, microwave oven. And a under counter fridge. There's also facilities to wash your clothes. Makes this apartment a good choice.

You can hear the room above but given all the positives this is a negligible setback and to be honest its up to people how do they act 🙃.

Location was perfect, near the see and a convinient starting point for exploring Ayia Napa, Larnaca etc. (perfect spot for long stays if you rent a car). It is a quiet neighborhood. The owner was really nice and always willing to help. We will definitely come back.

The host was very accommodating, they cleaned the room earlier so that we could check in right after our flight, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, and they changed our bed linens and towels every four days, plus provided toilet paper and trash bags. The room comes with a small stove, all the necessary kitchen utensils, and a mini fridge. You can also use a shared washing machine during the daytime. The hotel has a garden with many fruit trees, and we were allowed to pick and eat the fruits as they ripened. The hostess was very pleasant, always friendly, and helped with any questions we had. The location is very convenient, just under ten minutes to the beach. The beach is clean and almost empty of people.
