The only thing that bothered me once during the stay was the sound of motorbikes from the road at night, because we left the window open for the night. But once we closed the window, it became pretty quiet.

I liked the place and the location very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. For example, the kitchen was very well equipped, there were even different types of teas/coffee/peppers, a lot of different dishes. The bedrooms are good, beds are comfortable, there are additional blankets, and everything. The view from the big bedroom is beautiful. I really appreciated mosquito nets everywhere. Also windows drowned out the sounds from the street well.

Location was perfect, across the road from the beach, a short walk to the village, surrounded by trees and birds and very quiet! Pavlos communicated quickly, not that we had any issues.

A few weeks too early in the season for sun beds to be out on the beach

The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a good location 10 mins walk to Latchi harbour and restaurants. The front patio had a table and chairs with the same at the back and side, so it gave us all round sunshine when we were there. Savlos, the owner came and introduced himself and made sure we had everything we needed. The spiral staircase didn't bother us but people need to be aware of it. We would definately go back,

The apartment is located in a small apartment complex, in a small fishing village. The surroundings are quiet, pleasant. The sea is approx. 5 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need on vacation... and more. I didn't mind the steep stairs leading to the first floor. The garden is large, there is parking.

Great apartment with sea view and private garden. The apartment is clean, very well equipped. 5 minutes walk to the center, where there are restaurants and shops, as well as a nice port. 2 minutes to the sea, just cross a not busy road. There is a children's playground and a restaurant on the beach. Free parking in front of the house. Pavlos is a very nice and helpful owner. We were very pleased with our stay.

The house is big, enough for 4 persons, well equipped, really close to the beach and a 10min walk to the harbour where there are restaurants and shops open even now in january.Good water pressure, free parking just outside the house, and the area is quite quiet, I suppose in summer it s not the same. Wholeheartedly recommend staying in Pavlos's property.

Amazing location, just across from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The decor was lovely, very nicely done. Shower was hot and the instructions provided by our host were exceptional. Thanks Pavlos. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in last apartment in the row, so we only had neighbours from one side. Although they were very quite, it was very hearable, when they walked in the apartment or if they talked loudly. It was no problem for us, but if you are unlucky for noisy neighbours, the walls are just too thin.

Great Location very close to the beach (just 50m), and in close walking distance to the harbour with shops and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, with well equipped kitchen. Large ground floor terasse/yard with possibility of BBQ with many outside sitting posibilities and drying rack for clothes. Communication with the host was super, in advance he sent tips on locations and restaurants, when we reported that we broke one part in kitchen, host was very friendly.

The apartment was well situated, spacious, and clean, well equipped with plenty of cutlery etc. The bedrooms were big and main bedroom had a great view of the sea, which was only a couple of minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great.

The property was clean and equipped with all living essential. Very close to the beach and great views. The rooms were large and comfortable. The outside garden had a nice quite sitting area. A/C in all rooms and good water pressure.

The nearest beach was quite stoney but there were plenty better beaches a short distance away. Rooms a little on the small side - no dressing table for example. But bedside tables good size and good sized wardrobes.

Cannot fault the property in anyway. Excellent communication and information provided. Fabulous location. Everything you need. Super clean and comfortable. Very quiet and private. Nothing more could havebeen improved (apart from lights on the path to the property for night time - had to use torch following a trip on a step that wasnt visible). Oh and a pool - but knew there wasnt one but a huge one called the sea within minutes walk!

It was close to the beautiful harbour and shops. The beach was across the road. The garden was lovely, it had a large lemon tree that I picked fresh lemons from every morning to have with my local honey. There was also lavender, mint and other herbs. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of toiletries, the kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy.

We have stayed at the Pavlos’s apartments twice, both times in January 2021 and 2024. Just Smile maisonette is very cozy, with a laconic design. Everything you need is there. The living room on the ground floor is combined with the kitchen. There is a TV with Netflix where our son could watch cartoons. The kitchen is comfortable, the refrigerator is new, there is even a coffee machine and a toaster. There is also access to the backyard with two tables, a grill, flowers and citrus trees. We fried fish and meat there and fed passing cats. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The beds and pillows are comfortable everywhere, and the blankets are warm, which is important in January. Our son slept on two beds and was very happy with the choice. The bathroom is updated: everything is clean and nothing leaks. The pressure in the shower is good and the water heats up quickly. The maisonette is very clean! Cozy soft lighting has also been thought out everywhere. Well, and a good view of the sea, of course. We will definitely come back again!
