Place is near road, so it is a bit loudy. Also it is hard to cross the main road, because there are no cross walk.

We did find the water booster for hot water a little frustrating at times, sometimes you want to be able to just jump into the shower but needed to give the booster time to heat the water. On a couple of occasions the water went cold before I finished washing. If you don’t have a car then the hill that the apartment is on would be more difficult. We are a young couple and didn’t struggle but the hill and steps might be a bit too much for some people. The negatives are very small and it wouldn’t put us off booking again at all!

The accommodation was very comfortable and fitted exactly what we needed for our week. It is a small apartment but had just what we needed. We found the bed very comfortable and despite the hot temperatures outside, we didn’t need the air conditioning at all. The location was good. We had a hire car and the apartment is right in the middle of everywhere you would want to get to, without the car there are easy transport links and a bus stop right outside. All in all, it was very much worth the money!

Everything was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised for such a reasonable price. The apartment was spotless and had all the facilities I needed for the week. Bed was very comfortable too! The location was also great with some beautiful views. Just a stone's throw away from some great restaurants and Venus beach which was lovely for a sea swim. Belinda was very accommodating and just so pleasant to deal with both before and during the stay. Big thank you to her for making everything so easy and hassle-free. Overall, I was delighted with everything and can't recommend the place enough!

-pool was freezing 🥶, especially compared to the sea temperature -the noise from the street could be quite bothersome, though we slept like logs -the shower could have been cleaner - no TV

I recommend going in late October - even the most touristy places we went to were not crowded while the weather was still perfect (27-28 degrees), though the time change meant it got dark at 5 pm. - all the necessary equipment was there - amazing hosts, explained everything in detail, gave some great recommendations (the car rental place down the road, Papantoniou supermarket) - great location, close to the bus stop - the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet - nice little terrace, amazing sunset views

The mattress was ok but not the most comfortable. The wardrobe and shelves were a bit dusty.

Great view from the little terrace - we really enjoyed having breakfast in the sun, in the beautiful and green surroundings of the "Ikaria Village" complex. Also, the neighborhood cats were very friendly. The complex has a swimming pool - we didn't use it but it looked very nice. The car park was spacious and very practical. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and great and very clear instructions on how to find the apartment in the complex as well as how to get into the car park.

we loved everything, since we came in February it was cool at nights, so next time we would take some warm socks as the floor keeps it cool

the view on terrace is just stunning. the location is set perfectly. we used the tennis court and it was really a lot of fun. the apartment itself is very cozy. Belinda is very helpful and friendly.

There were no negatives for us. If you experience mobility problems there are alot of stairs.

Belinda the owner, was lovely and even took us to buy some fresh eggs and cheese in the village. . The studio apartment was clean,and fully equipped. We loved Ikaria village, the swimming pool was a joy to use. Belinda kept in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and if we needed anything. It really was a home from home. We sincerely hope to return next year.

Some might have issues with the location as the apartment is near one of the main roads so you can hear cars while sleeping but it didn't significantly affect our stay. In the bathroom the toilet flush was a bit broken but we believe this is a quick fix and it wasn't a huge inconvenience for us, just something to note.

We really enjoyed this place and our stay, it was good value for money. In the apartment you can find everything you need, including pans, a corkscrew and a hair dryer. Contact with the host was great and we felt very welcome in their place. There were also additional facilities, such as a swimming pool, car park and tennis court. We recommend this place and the host, we will definitely come back.

The bed mattress was horrible, so hard and uncomfortable. Some springs left like they were digging into our backs.

We liked everything. It's was very clean, it was in a good location as there was a bus stop just down the road and a food shop not to far from you either.

Good location for many places with a car. Well equipped but is quite small. Contact with the owner was excellent. Good for short stay very near airport. Bed was uncomfortable

I think the cleaning persons are not doing it properly. The sheets and the flat need better cleaning. The shelf placed at the eyelevel at the exit point has to be watched out.

The property owners were welcoming and were helpful to make your stay comfortable. Detailed instructions help your way through anything. The property is close to the bus stop where the coastal bus line operates.

It's was good. Not much bad yo say about it.

I like the white and blue apartments nice atmosphere. Very near bars and restaurants in town. Near the beach. Nice pool to swim in. Aliceland was nice across the road for food.
