Seems to be a heavy leaning to all inclusive. It was not a grumble from us as we always stay and use bb The gardens were not quite as groomed as they have been but this did not affect our stay

Due to the fact that there was a school on the premises there was a lot of noise until late at night. But hey, we all were young so an inconvenience rather than an issue.

We had the half board formula (breakfast + diner). Plenty of choice and good quality food. The room is spacious with a little terrace. Good value for money.

A minor niggle - no washing up liquid in the kitchen which was quite large for just a kettle and fridge There was no other means of cooking which was fine but confusing as pots and pans in the cupboard Also struggled for hot water on second morning

The extremely old and passed their “sell by date” mattresses. Extremely uncomfortable with springs bulging beneath the mattress cover in ALL the wrong places!!!

Let the reseptionist inform guests that they can get different types of equipment on request as listed in the description on booking.com. A hob, washing up liquid, beachtowels, toaster, iron, hair dryer.... You have a lot. Promote it better!

Missing knobs on the cupboards in the bedroom was fixed quickly by a handyman. Very tasty breakfast, well prepared food. The garden is stunning and we love the beautiful pavillion. The apartment had a balcony upstairs and a patio downstairs. Excellent! We have been here many times and look forward to come back.

Flory the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Always had a sun bed easily with more stacked up. Pool was gorgeous. Easy walk to local restaurants.

The floor was not cleaned not even once during whole stay. They only change bed clothes in line with hotel rules and trash daily. Very poor selection of vegetables and fruits.

The room was tired, although a good size and very clean, a fusty smell qhe we first arrived but aired the room, and that improved.

The grounds were stunning, and the pool was spotless. The manager was a delight and very hardworking.

Close to the beach, very comfortable and clean room. Nice assortment of rooms around the pool, nice pool bar to relax in the evening. We booked this accommodation again for next month.

Our only criticism would be that if you are only staying self catering , it would have been nice to have had a small hob to cook on , or a microwave, saying that the food at the restaurant was very reasonable.

Great staff, who were very helpful. Very clean room. Swimming pool was lovely and clean, plenty of sun beds . Bar and restaurant was ideal .. we only booked B and B , but when we go back in August we will upgrade to all inclusive for some of the time as the food was delicious (and plenty of it)

I initially chose a superior room that based on the description said it had a bathtub. It didn't. The communication could be more clear if there was a better picture of the bathroom. The picture only included a modern washing basin. I am not sure if this was done intentionally or by negligence. Nonetheless, the management was able to help me and get a lower rate room that had a bathtub. I accepted because it was a last minute call and couldn't find anything else decent enough that had a bathtub. The room was very clean, kudos to the staff, but it was quite dated with noticeable wear and tear. There was mold around the bathtub underneath the caulk that is impossible to clean. The fridge was rusted, walls and door frames damaged. Bathroom ceiling was peeling off and furniture had damages and dated stains. I wouldn't call it value for money since its a bit more expensive for the quality of the room provided. Then again, the garden and the overall state of the rest of the facilities might make up for it for some.

Friendly and cooperable management and staff. Family oriented with respect in regards to quiet hours. Perfect place for workers who need some peace and quiet. Exceptional garden and pool that matches the quality to 5 star hotels. Sheets were changed daily and room kept spotless. Towels almost every day. The owner was kind enough to refund me partially when my room was downgraded.

The safe is for extra charge We didn't use the air conditioner but according to the description, it is for the extra charge as well The roundish door handlers to the apartment are uncomfortable for an adult man to open, for a child it is almost impossible to open the door
