Amazing location—just steps from Finikoudes Beach. Plenty of dining options nearby, and surprisingly easy parking despite being in the crowded city center.

I travelled to Cyprus with my family, during mid August and I stayed at this location for 5 nights. Since the beginning I had a very pleasant communication with Andreas, the owner of the apartment, as he showed us the facilities before the check in time and then he left the access keys in the location locker. During the stay Andreas regularly checked how we were and offered to help with any issues we might have had. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a family of 4. The apartment is very spacious and quiet, has a good view to the nearby street. I would definitely come back this location in the future.

everything was great, the host was super nice and helpfull. The inside was pretty and comfortable. There was everything from water (still, sparkling), pads for girls, q-tips, slippers etc. Everything was great and basically it was better than we expected.

Apartment was very spacious. Big roomy 2 bedroom apartment . All looked very new. Lovely lounge with big TV and free Netflix. All Really super clean. Spotless. Very Well equipped. Excellent air conditioning, which is essential. Host was so helpful and friendly. Really nice guy. We loved it. Us and our 2 children , so comfortable. Everything was provided: towels, toiletries, coffee, sugar, water bottles, etc. About 2 minutes walk to the beach; brilliant location, shops, cafes etc on our doorstep. Highly recommended.

The host Andreas was very kind and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need ( except a dishwasher) even laundry detergent and fabric softener and wet wipes in the bathrooms were provided by the host and plenty of bottled water . The location is perfect , we would come next summer.

Construction site around the building, couldn’t sleep after 7 am but it did not ruin our stay.

That was a wonderful experience! The host, Andreas, was very nice; he helped us with everything and provided recommendations on where to go for a walk, even booking a table for us at a restaurant so we could enjoy live traditional Greek-Cypriot music. The apartment is cosy, there's a lot of space, everything was clean, and we were happy to be there.

The apartment is located in the city center, and is very close to restaurants and local market. The apartment is new and very well equipped. A plus was the very good communication with the owner, Andreas. He sent all the details in a very ingenious and logical way, so when we arrived, in the middle of the night, it was very easy to get in.

The apartament is one of the best apartaments in Larnaca. Because we really like Cyprus we r looking for perfect locations and Accommodations espacialy we have a 3 years old Child. This appartment is fantastic. In the kitchen u can find everything new, clean and perfect equiped. The bedrooms are with perfect beds and pillows. A hudge livingroom. The whole apartament is very clean. Andreas, the host is one of the best hosts i have ever met. Because we arrived very late he wayted for us with warm suflaky and the fridge was with few bottles of water. There is also Coffee machine.We recomand you to eat at Chef Grill in Larnaca. The apartament is situated in the perfect spot city center and 2 minutes away from the beatch. Thank u Andreas! Can t wayt to come back!

The bed was too soft for me. The area is central so at night there are some sounds coming from the street

The appartment is new and we'll equipped. It is located right at the center, near the beach and restaurants and cafes, we didn't have to go more than 10 minutes by foot to anything we desired. Andreas is super nice and welcoming. He added a baby cot and hair for us without any extra charge.
