Everything was amazing! The apartment looked even better than the photos! Cozy, modern, with great facilities, not to mention the view. The only minus is that it’s on a main boulevard so it can get a bit loud, but other than that no complaints. The manager of the property- Marios, was an absolute sweetheart. He was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect- 5- 10 minute walk to the beach and the center.

Everything was perfect, better than expected. The view from all rooms is absolutely stunning. The location of the apartment is strategic - near the bus station and near the main promenade - but you do not have to leave the apartment to feel like sitting on the beach :-) The big windows and balcony are wonderful to make you feel like being outside all the time. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with all you may imagine. There was a welcome gift waiting in the apartment what was very nice. The contact with the owner and also with the man who took care of us during the stay was very good, quick and nice. Every question was resolved immediately and all answers were responded with tips, recommendations and advice. The surrounding is good with many bars, restaurants and also shops to buy everything needed. The bus service in Larnaka is also good. It is a perfect place to spend holiday time.

Everything was great. From the apartment itself that was clean and had every appliance needed, to the location and service. On the day we arrived, the elevator malfunctioned, and they got it fixed very fast on the same day.

- it can get just a little bit noisy from the street traffic, as some people were saying, but I found it’s just the way Larnaca is and with closed windows you can barely hear it, and we were there with a 9 month old baby without problems.

- modern apartment in a nice building with great design, beautifully decorated, spatious terrace, cool lighting; - very well equipped kitchen, quality appliances, washing machine and dryer, really everything you would need for a shorter or longer stay; - staff was wonderful and helpful, provided us with a crib and made sure the apartment is extra clean for the baby; - the view from the terrace is lovely, we had a great time chillin there during hot hours and at night; - we were welcomed with a bottle of local wine and fresh fruit which was very nice; - very close to the beach and restaurants and also the Larnaca busy center, couple of minutes walk.

The only downside for light-sleepers is that the building is by a busy street which gets loud early in the morning and the apartment is not very sound-proof.

A fantastic apartment. I was a little concerned about the low number of reviews but it turned out that the apartment (and the building) are new and have not been rented often yet. The apartment is great - very high standard, very clean, fully furnished and equipped (you can easily move in for a long-term stay), and really nicely decorated. The furniture is of very good quality, the beds are comfortable. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms - the master bedroom has its own hall and an additional wardrobe. There is lots of storage space, more hangers than I've seen in any rented accommodation. The balcony is great - amazing view, very large and protected from the wind. The building is located in a perfect spot, less than 10 minutes' walk from the main restaurant areas and some 5 minutes from where the beach starts. Mario is extremely friendly and helpful. The underground parking is easily accessible. The only downside for light-sleepers is that the building is by a busy street which gets loud early in the morning and the apartment is not very sound-proof. This concerns especially the master bedroom which is the closest to the street. I had to use earplugs. Despite this, this would definitely be my first choice for my next stay in Larnaca.
