The room requires maintenance. It takes a long time for the water to drain when showering. I found two fire ants in the bed that bit me, and I heard other guests complaining about them at the pool. The hotel’s beach is indeed beautiful, but the water is somewhat dirty. The hotel is not close to anything in the area. Our room was cleaned only every other day, even though we put the sign on the door requesting daily cleaning (apart from an hour and a half rest break at noon). Overall, we expected a bit more given the good reviews. It’s a somewhat outdated hotel, but with a pleasant atmosphere.

The location is beautiful, right on a stunning beach. Breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. The pool is quite large and never felt crowded, even at peak season. The staff is welcoming, efficient, and pleasant. Despite being peak season, nothing felt crowded or overwhelming, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable.

As mentioned in many reviews, the rooms are in need of a renovation. There are no shelves in the wardrobes (only hanging space) which made unpacking very awkward. The bathroom has some things broken (flush didn't work so well, neither did the plug in the bath). Having said that, the room and bathroom were both very clean.

We had an amazing stay at the Coral Beach. With a family of both teenagers and little kids it suited all of our needs. Huge credit to the staff who are extremely lovely and accommodating. The slides were a great hit with all of the kids (and adults!). The view from the room was amazing. The restaurants were great and very accommodating to our fussy eaters. There's lots of entertainment activities for all age groups. The arts and crafts room was an amazing, relaxing space with loads of activity options. It's on the beach with easy access to water sports. Despite the hotel being quite large, the pool never felt overcrowded. The local village is a 5 minute ride away with more restaurant options.

The furnitures in the room were functional but a bit old.

Wonderful location on the beach, with great pools and spa, the food was great, both lunch and dinner. The staff was very friendly and attentive, happily helped us in every matter.

The breakfast has a large selection to choose from, food was tasty lots of kid friendly options. The room was big with a beautiful view and comfy beds. The staff in general were amazing, super helpful and kind and patient. We travelled with 3 children between the ages of 2-8 and we had an amazing family vacation, beyond what we expected.

There are a lot of seaweed in the hotel beach, we went to a great beach next to it.

On of the rooms had several problems that were not properly fixed during our stay. It had mould in the closet, and bad smell. The toilet flush also stopped working. These were not fixed despite numerous complaints, and a different room was not given as well. Only a small part of the restaurants is air conditioned. We stayed during a very hot weekend, and eating outside in the evening was not a fun experience

Beautiful location, pool and beach, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, good food. We booked 8 rooms for a family celebration. The room were organized as I requested, in the same floor , all with view to the beach and the pool. The food in the resort is excellent, and the staff was great.

The pool could have been larger, given the size of the hotel. Sunbeds are taken early in the morning and remain empty, but occupied most of the day. The music at the beach bar went on till 23:00 on some days, not all rooms have that.

Location, views, access to the beach, choice of restaurants, especially 'limani' tavern, personnel, spa facilities. Cleaning (Laxman? was super helpful and flexible).

The only thing we didn't like was that the bar wasn't working in the morning and we couldn't drink coffee at the lobby bar. We had to sit down for breakfast to serve ourselves coffee from the machine. The hotel also does not serve good quality coffee, which we later tried at the pool bar. Also, they don't sell bottled water for breakfast and dinner, instead they serve filtered water from the machine, which has a strange taste.

The hotel is beautiful, although it has slightly older furniture, it still has some charm. We had a Junior Suite, with a sea view, very spacious room, clean, double bed very comfortable and large. The hotel staff is very friendly. A large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The food is very tasty.

The sunbed situation is a bit annoying with people leaving towels on the sunbeds from early morning until lunch time. and only showing up after. Perhaps a system to monitor how long they have been left unattended for so that everyone can enjoy their time Otherwise, perhaps add some more sunbeds to accommodate more people

Beautifully maintained hotel with very friendly staff (especially Anita who loved talking to our girls and taking care of them). The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, two slides in another pool, an amazing view on the beach from the many terraces and also from our room (we had a room with sea view), it is close to a few beaches, with beautiful sand and rock pools (we saw little colourful fish), we did wave jumping with the kids etc. The food is excellent, with lots of different options, we also tried the Cypriot and Italian restaurants and both were great. Excellent service

Although the room was spacious and had an amazing view of the sea and sunset, it was a bit dated and in need of renovation. Although I did read online that the hotel will be renovating this coming winter so I was not surprised and felt the price of the room was good for the value.

Appreciated the gluten free options available at breakfast. There were gluten free croissants, chocolate croissants, and dinner-type rolls.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to fault. If I had to mention something, it would be that the rooms could benefit from a bit of an update, and the bathrooms in the rooms on the seventh floor didn’t seem to function perfectly.

We really appreciated the generosity and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The hotel had water machines available across the property, making it easy to refill our bottles and stay hydrated. The buffet was abundant, constantly restocked, and the food was genuinely delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly, discreet, and always professional. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the sense of calm and comfort.

A leak of dirty water that occurred right over our luggage rack and impacted half our clothes. The people who repaired promised management would help us and dry clean or fix the clothes but that did not happen and our efforts to gain assistance were fruitless with desk staff saying they would get help but repeated efforts resulted in nothing. We were there for a professional meeting so had limited time to beg for help.

A few of the activities locations and things were moved from the original location posted. When asking the staff hardly anyone knew. We met multiple other visitors who had similar experiences for multiple days.

Great location, with lots of grounds. The pools, beach and property were buttock and well maintained. Plenty of activities to keep everyone happy. Rooms were spacious, with a great outdoor view and set up.
