The location is excellent – only 5 minutes by bus to Nissi Beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the property also offers additional activities such as air hockey and billiards. The accommodation itself is older, with somewhat outdated furniture, but that matches the affordable price. It’s also close to the city center – just 7–8 minutes by bus, or you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the flat street. In the immediate vicinity, there are great restaurants, plenty of shops, and banks. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to save money while still having a pleasant and enjoyable holiday.

For the price its not the nicest hotel and you have to pay an additional 5€/day for the aircon thats barely working.

The location is good the closest beach is 7 minutes walk and nissi beach is around 20.

Rooms are spacious but dated. Could be cleaner. Towels are changed every 2, 3 days but you only get one towel per person and one for the bathroom.

Perfect location, close both to the various beaches and to the city. Many supermarkets arounf. Bus stops close by. Accomidating staff.

There is 24 hr loud noize from property next-door. Like some kind of generator. You can hear it from every part of the hotel and yard and pool and room with closed windows. Only time you can not hear it is when the loud music is on. I really like loud music that one expects in Ayia Napa clubs or beach. However unfortunately they almost every night played trash Serbian music due to some guest request and this was unbearable. I had to whipe every surface with sanitising whipes. Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable.

Good price, very basic but delivered everything that you see on the pictures and in description. Close to the beach as well as to the city centre. We arrived at the middle of the night and were allowed to our room right away (extra fee but it was fine by us). Also we were given the best possible room.24 hr open reception and the bar. Next door is 24hr open supermarket. Pool was clean. Staff was very friendly. Air condition was new (extra fee). Large free parking lot. Basic but enough kitchenette and utensils. They gave us baby cot.

Old furniture, needs complete renovation. Air conditioning costs 5 euros per day, but when I found out that the filters haven't been cleaned since it was installed, I chose not to have air conditioning.

The room was spacious, the pool was clean and big enough ,all day long hot water in the tub, if i come again in Ayia Napa I'll choose the same hotel. Excellent offer for the price,maybe little old fashioned furniture, but for my needs when I go on vacation,Excellent.

Two beds in the kitchen were incredibly uncomfortable that you wake up with sore back, the other two were okay but the pillows were all bad

The staff were helpful and always happy to see you. The fact this place had a pool was a great plus, when it was too hot outside for the beach or visiting places- we could cool down and still have fun with our children. The location is great, Nissi Beech is a 15 min walk and 2 more beaches are within a 5 min walk. Next door there is a pub with friendly staff and decent food, there are many more nice restaurants close by as well. We would stay here again if we returned to Cyprus.

The accommodation is in a great location! It is close to Nissi beach, as well as the center, 100m away is the excellent Vathia Gonia beach! The staff is extremely friendly, rooms are cleaned regularly and towels are changed! There is an excellent swimming pool!

Sometimes its loud during the night because of some power unit or central heating from another hotel, I think. Or because of the people from the street, cars. The beds are not very comfortable, especially in the kitchen for the third person.

All the staff is so nice and helpful. Pool is nice, rooms are big. Bus stop is in the front of the hotel, shops, pharmacy..
