I don't give 10 only because there is no mosquito net in any window. But I noticed that this is a pretty frequent issue in Cyprus. It's hard not to be able to open the window (mosquito have come to us even in the middle of the day). A coffee machine would be a nice plus.

The owner is a nice lady, very sweet. The house is super new, exactly how you see in the pictures. It was clean. Position is super to go out during the evening. Kitchen is fully equipped

Excelent place, table in balcony with view to sea, clean, good stable Internet, all facilities that we need, coffee / tea / sugar. Friendly staff, hot water, instant heat via AC, not expensive parking not far.

‏However, there was a minor issue with the stairs, as I had to climb over 20 steps to reach the apartment. The staff kindly helped me carry my luggage upon arrival, but I had to carry it myself when leaving. Nevertheless, the experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again, especially since it had all the essential amenities, including a washing machine.

I stayed in an apartment about 7-10 minutes from the airport, located very close to the sea, which added a special charm to my stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and safe, and the host was available and very helpful throughout my stay. The area was extremely quiet, with no disturbing noises, and the apartment was conveniently close to everything, including restaurants, activities, events, and the mosque, making the location ideal for me.

Location was great, 2 minutes to the Finikoudes beach and in the very center of Larnaca. Flat was extremely clean and comfortable. There was everything you need and even the things you couldn’t think at first. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing too serious. Windows are not soundproof so we constantly heard noises from outside, but I’ve noticed that all properties I’ve stayed in Cyprus have the same problem. The kitchen pan should be replaced as it’s all wavy and scratched. We couldn’t use it at all. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Very nice apartment, very clean and comfy. Smart TV is available, Wi-Fi works very well. Kitchen is acceptably supplied. Location is central, very close to the beach, restaurants and lots of markets are nearby. Host was great.

Honestly, I don't have anything that was different than I wanted

Everything was the best! Clean, Location, Air Conditioner, TV, all facilities for cooking, beach accessories available, plug in adapter available, silent, ergonomically, clothes space, bed quality, safe box... Tips& Trick: at 20m at hotel Amorgos, for only 10 Euro you may take a generous and diverse breakfast (buffet). I strongly recommend this property for all travels (cuple, solo, family). Everything was perfect! Best communication with owner! ❤️

There is no elevator so you have to use the stairs, which was a bit hard when carrying your bags.

The Stay was great, the apartment is 1 min walk to the beach and the restaurants. The house was very clean, and big.

Apartment very close to the beach and the main promenade. Close to nice restaurants and bars. It was very clean inside and there was a nice smell. Hassle-free contact with the owner, clear information on how to collect the keys. Great place for two people or 2+1. Parking may be a problem - there are paid street parking lots in the immediate vicinity, but it's about a 10-minute walk to the free parking lot where we left the car. I highly recommend this place!
