The Hotel has been around for a while and it's beginning to show it's age. They could do with more deck-chairs also, saves you hanging around waiting for others to leave.

The staff were friendly, attentive and always very helpful. The buffet was good with various options daily. The view from our room was to die for, we were on the 3rd floor. Patti and the rest of the entertainment team were fantastic.

The property needs ALOT OF MAINTENANCE - bathroom facilities need to be updated; sliding doors to rooms need to be adjusted and fixed, welcoming foyer floors needs to be polished, door handles and frames need to be polished cleaned and fixed; THE ELEVATOR IS FILTHY!

The hotel has a wonderful pool and wonderful grounds which are tended to. The breakfast area and dinner area are wonderful and spacious. This is a wonderful hotel and location - back in its High it must have been a very wonderful hotel.

Not much we didn't like really. as we say it'd fit more of a 3* Star than a 4* as the listing suggests, but it was so cheap it was expected. We will be back!

Entertainment team were lovely. Pool was huge. Relatively clean. Food was excellent. We aren't sure why the reviews aren't great. The value for money was exceptional. More of a 3* than 4* but the cost reflects the standard.

Pool area could be cleaned more often as lots of discarded cups that are left all day and sometimes into the next day.

The property location is very good. A few minutes walk to coral bay strip. Staff are very friendly hotel food is ok for an all inclusive. Evening entertainment is good and the entertainer called Patti is very nice.

The hotel needed s face-lift and I wish the management my best wishes for a smooth refurbishment and hopefully we will be able to revisit.

Though the hotel was closing our last day, everything was as good as the first day we arrived. The food exceptional, the service very good and clean.

Hotel needs work and we were told this will start in November to be ready for the new season. Hotel also needs mord professional receptionists.

The location perfect. Hotel needs a face-lift however it was very clean and all staff very helpful. I have never stayed in a hotel where the food was so amazing. So much choice and all fresh cooked. Plus there was no working with leftovers to serve another dish the following day. Amazing head chef and resraurant managers. Good animation team. Fun nights at bingo and I actually tried the yoga and water aerobics and looked forward to this daily. Will def look at this hotel again. Only flaw is the hotel needs better front desk appearance/receptionists. Pool area was very clean.

Room cleaning is almost non-existant. we had to arguee with the room service staff to get toilet paper and shampoo. and in our entire stay they didn't clean my parents room even once. the dinig room where breakfast and lunch are served also has an issue with ants The balconies in the hotel also have a strog sewage odor.

I didn't like the dirty carpet on the corridors outside of my room, and the 1 hour late check-in because the room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel after 14:00 In general, it was ok.

I like the pool, the food was good and the lady singer on Wednesday evening was excellent and very polite! Also, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave me a voucher for lunch because of the late check-in!

Frappe not included in the inclusive package although hot coffees are. Shower screen in our room did not touch the bath so water went all over the floor
