There wasn't anything I didn't like however, from a personal point of view I wish there was a bigger selection of food for dinner. The selection was quite small and limited. It's fine for a breakfast selection but for dinner in my personal opinion they just wasn't many options.

It was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfy & staff were lovely. Pool was fab & you can have inflatables which is a massive bonus as so many hotels don't allow them which for me ruins the holiday as I need to be on a lilo in such hot weather. The hotel is on a quiet street which is great & only 1 street away from the busy center.

Something that is becoming an issue in all hotels. This "reservation" of sunbeds around the pool from 06:00-07:00 in the morning. The sunbeds are occupied all day long without giving the chance to other guests to use them. Pressure of water in the rooms (bathroom) could increase even more the service level.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, next to Ayia Napa Limanaki. - Everything is within walking distance. Hotel has a large swimming pool, shaded by a number of trees and surrounded by a mature garden. Overall, the facilities are clean, staff is professional and ready to support/serve their customers.

The room was spacious, quiet, clean and well presented, everything seemed new and fresh Staff at pool, pool bar and restaurant all very friendly and attentive, thank you especially to the young men working as lifeguards at the lovely big pool area- they went out of there way to help us with a small issue poolside.

The extra bed provided for our 14-year-old son was quite small, short, and unstable, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. This is something that could be improved, especially for families traveling with teenagers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – right in the city center and just a few minutes walk from the city beach. It was very convenient for exploring the area on foot. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Bedsheets, bed covers and towels may be renewed, and cleaning time slightly adjusted to later hours, but these are minor things compared to overall impression about the hotel.

Location is perfect, close to restaurants and caffès, beaches and all places of interest. Staff is friendly and the room is spacious (with terrace being even more spacious). The staff is very helpful and the service is good. We came to the hotel very early due to the night flight and were provided with the room without the need for waiting for the check in time. When making the reservation, the hotel shares very convenient information on transfer from/to the airport or available excursions.

The room was a little small, but we weren't spending much time inside. Please put fresh water for the birds and cats, as poor animals were drinking the pool water (full of chemicals) 😞

I was hesitant to book, but in the end we enjoyed our stay at Anesis. It was perfectly located, close to the beach and city center. The pool area was really nice, water a bit cold, but still enjoyable. Breakfast was the same each day, but the diner had a nice variety of salads, meat or fish and was different each evening. The staff cleaned the room each day, new towels etc. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
