What we didn’t like was that the property is close to an entertainment area, so the music was sometimes very loud (not the owners’ fault, but families with small children should be aware of it). The strict rules did not bother us, as we are used to them, but for someone not used to so many rules, it might be an issue. There was only one key, which was inconvenient for two families, especially since removing the key disconnected the appliances. Also, the back door could only be opened when the key was taken out, and the bathroom sink was very small. Finally, there were no bedside tables next to the beds (the shelves were placed higher), which was a bit uncomfortable.

We liked that the property is centrally located, very close to the bus station and shops. The apartment was well equipped, with everything needed for a longer stay (over seven days). It didn’t have an oven or a microwave, but that was not a problem for us, as it had everything else we needed for our stay

Nothing to complain

We got to the accommodation relatively easy, if you come by bus you won't have to walk that far down from the station in the center of Ayia Napa. We were greeted by our host Anthonis who is a great host, he explained us the house rules which I find common sense. He also gave us a tour of the house and explains everything how it works. He recommended good restaurants in the area, favorite beaches and hiking. The distance to Pantachou beach is about 1 km, and about 15 min walk. Bus stops are very close, in case you want to explore the surroundings. The house is equipped with everything you need for a dream stay, it has AC in every room, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the hot water works very well, large fridge in case you have food to store, washer and a dryer. What attracted us very much was the view from the living room over the entire Ayia Napa. I highly recommend this accommodation and we would like to thank Anthonis again for everything. We had a really great stay in this apartment! it's very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 5-night stay. The host was very nice and helpful, he gave us great tips about places to visit in Aiya Napa and really cared that we enjoyed our stay and felt welcome! The location of the apartment is perfect: 2 minutes from the bus stop that takes you to the airport, Nissi beach,.. taxis, and shops that are open late; near all the restaurants and nightlife, but still in a nice quiet street; it really couldn't be better! We really hope we will come back :)

Just like the pictures, it was even better than I expected. Extremely warm welcome, friendly, helpful polite host. The accommodation was clean, tidy, nothing was missing. Well equipped kitchen, extra towels for the beach. Beds very comfortable, beautiful view from the living room. I can recommend it with a good heart. I hope to visit this place again.

One of the best apt you can get in Ayia Napa. Antonis (our host) is a really nice person, he made us feel like at home, gave us great tips what to visit, where to do shopping, go for dinner,etc.. The apt has all the facilities you need, is very clean and has soundproof windows. You are located just a few steps from the the main street and square. We have enjoyed our stay here and will certainly come back soon.

The location is very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable and it is equipped with everything you need. Antonis was an excellent host, he gave us lots of hints about beaches, restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, he gave us information about the events/festivals that took place during our stay.

from the small veranda you have sea view and is located very central, so you can reach everything by foot. Furthermore Antonis is an excellent host, he gave us several hints for restaurants, bars etc. We highly recommend his apartment.

The people who owns the place you have no privacy in the place you can see the family are looking inside your house even the owner can enter your balcony they have smart cameras they can move it and look inside your private area and see you what are you doing maybe they also have cameras inside the house but we couldn’t find it
