Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was booked with the intention of facilitating diving activities with the nearby Dive Bus Curacao and it delivered . Communication with the host was excellent, and parking was available on-site, although it is not guarded. The room was clean, and there was sufficient space to dry dive equipment in the secure yard.

There were ants crawling from the window to the kitchen counter, but that is not the host’s fault as you can’t control nature.

Great location that is close to Willemstad and Mambo Beach, but far enough away where you can still get peace and quiet. Located across the street from a quiet beach frequented by locals and a couple of food spots. Public transportation right outside the property if you do not have a car. Michelle, the host, was an absolute pleasure and made sure to provide everything I needed including information and recommendations. Shared kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. My booking had a small kitchen included which was a nice plus for when you don’t want to have to leave your room.

On the weekend there was some noise (music) from a resort/beach club close by until after midnight.

Great little Hotel/Inn, very clean and close to Willemstad (3-5 min drive) und Mambo Beach (walkable)! Very clean and up to date, also our host, Michelle, was very nice and got even there at 6am to check us out that we could catch our flight! Also, just on the other side of the street of one of the best fish restaurants of the island!

Can't leave suitcases for a couple hours when checking out. Street noise. No hot shower.

The room is small but sufficient. The shower only got to luke-warm so do not expect a hot shower. There is a nice little outdoor area with coffee & microwave & ice which was great! There was no place to store suitcases upon checkout. The staff is friendly and pretty accommodating. The location is really good. It is literally walking distance to Mambo beach if you like. Only 10-15 minutes drive from town and 3 minutes to Mambo if you choose to drive. There is a restaurant & beach across the street. We did hear traffic noise so if you are sensitive, bring earplugs. They did supply beach towels except for 1 day, there were none. Overall I liked this place and would return.

We chose the accomodation, because we are divers and the dive bus Couracao is reachable in only 1minute of walking. Also the restaurant and the Beach next to the hotel are great. Hotel is easy to find.

it is far better positioned on the website as it really is. my view from the room is very far from ocean view (the one I was charged for) or the person responsible for the booking promotional text should decide if you call the outside area a patio or a balcony, but I didn't have the latter (which is OK, unless otherwise advertised). I appreciate the ambitious entrepreneurial spirit of the owner, but pricewise we should be more realistic, and definitely more in line with what the property has to offer. I would rather call my room a relatively spacious studio with little natural light, and access to a patio and an outdoor kitchen. Soundproof is again a serious overstatement, you are literally at the roadside (the window here indeed opens to the beach, which should be the "ocean view" then. I asked for a different room for the noise.

it is very well located, safe, close to the beach and relatively good equipped. Michelle was super welcoming and nice throughout the process, and very kind and flexible also at check out.

The ad said breakfast is included. It was not. This may apply only to me but I’m a very light sleeper and go to bed early (diving early in the am). As my room was a bit closer to the road than some of the others, the noise level was sometimes bothersome. I bought earplugs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The patio space allowed me to hang my dive gear up to dry without being in anyones way. The shared kitchen facilities had many appliances available. The location was very handy and parking was free. The communal patio area made for a great space to meet the other guests.

The property is a small comfortable block of suites that are next to a highway ( can be a bit noisy but nothing you can’t sleep through). With its own parking lot for guests. The suites includes the luxuries you need to either relax or rest( Microwave, Fridge, Airco, Bathroom, HDTV, safe). Housekeeping will clean and swap out the towels ever 3 days. Some suites are also able to use the small courtyard and it’s outdoor kitchen to prepare food. The staff are on the property to welcome new guests and are reachable and responsive when needed. And are very kind when you get to know them.

The location is perfect and close to the most popular beaches (Mambo, Madero, Lions Dive). And in the near future in front of new beaches that are being set-up at the moment.

It's really a 2 or maybe a 3-star stay. Having to unlock and relock the entry gates for each exit and departure was a pain. It's situated on a main road just outside of Mambo Beach, so it is very noisy from 6am until 2am.

Wow. The location and amenities are amazing. This is the most amazing place for those on a budget wanting a 4 star place

The room was not cleaned during the entire stay, the extra-charged sea view is mostly a joke, there is a busy road between the room and the sea day and night, traffic noise

limited places to see - Marie Pampoen Beach and a restaurant. there is no food store nearby.

neat and updated lodging- great A/C and ceiling fan. the only drawback is the location. there are two nice swimming spots within the walking distance and a terrace with great fish dishes.
