Thank you for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. We are glad you appreciated our staff, location, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We’d like to clarify that we do not have a door that is open 24 7. Our front door remains open until 11 PM, after which it is secured by our team. From that point on, entry and exit are through the red door, which is accessible at any time from the inside, and from the outside using the black tag provided at check-in. We hope this helps address your concern, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Regarding your feedback about the fridge and minibar service: you're absolutely right, our lobby fridge is not self-service and therefore is not accessible at night. However, since our lobby is open daily until 7 PM, we’re more than happy to assist with any drink requests for the evening if you let us know during the day. Additionally, while we do not have a minibar in the room, we’re always glad to stock your in-room fridge with drinks upon request, just let us know your preferences!
