Close to Piscadera beach and the restaurants

I booked a sea view room almost 6 months before my stay. On check in I was allocated a dark, ground floor apartment without a sea view. I contacted the property immediately, before even bringing in my bag, to ask for the sea view room I had booked. They said they "don't reserve sea view rooms as it is based on availability. They said they were "full" so I could not change rooms. I am very disappointed as it was not a cheap stay! I have the screen shots of my booking clearly showing the description of a "balcony and sea view" Booking.com have not responded to 2 emails I sent about not receiving the apartment I booked. The kitchen items are very sparse so you could not really prepare a meal. There is a lot of wear and tear and 1 of the sockets in the living room had no front to it, so the wires were exposed I would not recommend booking this property as the description of what I booked was false.

Piscadera Harbour Village is a really beautiful property! We stayed three nights in a bungalow, and it had everything we needed! Great view and great location!

The location was great for a couple days in Willemstad. Quiet and not crowded yet close enough to the city. The apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff at reception was really helpful.

The complex area looks like there were grand plans for a village. Unfortunately, the project was abandoned. The bungalows could use some TLC including a deep cleaning and some light maintenance/updates. The check-in instructions weren't totally clear but fortunately the ladies were in the reception office and were very helpful.

The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, clean, and quiet. It is located close to several beaches and restaurants, the beach is nice (though can be crowded). The quantity to price ratio is the best

nice spacious apartment, location convenient for various beaches and dinners in Willemstad - walking distance to a local beach and restaurant. Good Wifi. sufficient airco's. nice big fridge and kitchen. Nice entrance with codes to get to the keys.

maintenance and cleaning is poor. Lot of mould in bathroom - shower area. Not all doors fitting. One of the safe worked with a key, the other not. New induction stove - only left half worked with the available pans. No oven, only microwave.

Loved that is was spacious and loved the white furniture. Had everything needed. Nice sunset and sunrise. Beach is literally walking distance. Also, restaurants are close by. The bed felt really good.

I didn't like the process of checking in. Took me about two hours to find the place, and the online check-in process wasn't clear. Didn't know you had to walk to the lobby and call the number on the door. All the numbers online were not working, and that was really frustrating.

Beautiful appartement with legendary view of Piscadera Bay. Loved the wrap round balcony.

The location on Booking.com is wrong, it send me to the wrong hotel. Thankfully the very friendly security guard helped out.
