The main thing is that there were SO MANY mosquitoes in the bathroom! And the drawers underneath the beds are a bit weird because you need two locks to be able to properly lock them.

Excellent location, really comfortable bed with two towels provided and a privacy curtain, drawers underneath for storage, room was quiet and a perfect (cool) temperature. The staff were SO helpful and friendly--shout-out to MIkayla (Mikaela?) who personally helped me figure out how to lock the drawers under the bed. Great value!

The rolling curtains are great, but this type of material you can see through, when lights are on. Even with mine closed and the one across from me also closed, i could still see the person in the other bed.

I was in the large dorm but it was not full, so it was nice and quiet and the bed is comfy. Good pillow, it even felt spacious because of the extra space in the wall and the bed above was high. There is a light and a plug, and a locker (bring a lock).

There was no stove. It would be good if they made improvements on their communal area such as adding some lounges etc or updating the outdoor area. A clothes rack as the only one they had was fallen apart.

It was good value for money and in a great location. It was quite and 5-10 mins walk to the main area. Comfortable bed, small room. It was good to have a kitchen to use and fridge.

The blinds on the beds didn’t work smoothly. Some people left washing drying in the bathroom for days and they smelt sweaty, a paid-for washing machine would be good.

Good location, close to bus stop and centre of town with fun bars and restaurants within 5mins. Beds in dormitories felt private and were comfortable.

Very, very corporate - the kind of place where the staff know the cost/price of everything, to the point that it is a running joke amongst the guests. There is a WhatsApp group, but it is very infrequently used, and there is no interaction from staff. There was no attempt to encourage any kind of socialising during the week I stayed there. The kitchen has little in the way of facilities (or cutlery!). Apparently it is a "safety thing" why they can't have a stove or anything, which is baffling given how many hostels have them. The main social area is an outdoor "patio" upstairs, but this gets locked each night some time between 10 and 11, and the indoors area becomes stifling once the doors are closed.

It is clean and well-maintained, and the pod beds in the dorms are comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of the city centre and the Queen Emma Bridge, with small supermarkets and some restaurants close by.

I wish there were an option for breakfasts on-site. The place itself is a bit worn: • I had to request a change of bed because the curtain was missing. • The showers in the ladies’ area either lacked shower gel or had shower hoses that didn’t work properly. That said, I believe these are minor improvements that could easily make the property worthy of a 10-star rating!

The location was perfect—right next to a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport! The price was perfect! It’s also very close to the city center of Willemstad, which is convenient if you’re planning to go out and party. However, it’s worth noting that there’s no nearby beach, and you’ll need to walk about 50 minutes to reach the closest one. The staff was lovely and patient, answering all my questions. They were also happy to assist me with changing beds due to an issue with the originally assigned one. The entire property was spotlessly clean—kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards!

My only issue was that I was in the first floor and the room was rigth next to a restaurant, we could hear the noise until 11pm ish

The room had a cockroach, which understandably happens a lot on the island. We used a bug spray that was available in the common area, but given the high cost of the accommodation it was an unpleasant surprise. Furthermore a downside was the kitchen - they have a fridge, water kettle, microwave and an egg boiler, which did not work during our stay. We had expected a kitchen with some other basics, such as a furnace or oven, as there were pots and pans around the kitchen. This meant that we ended up putting together a way to cook ravioli with hot water and a microwave. It would be better if this was explained somewhere

The location is wonderful - it is a short walk away from the Punda bus station, close to the vibrant streetlife with restaurants, cafes and the floating market. The staff was also very helpful and lovely in regards to renting a car, which was very convenient

One downside is the kitchen—it could definitely be better equipped. While it has the basics, there aren’t many cooking tools or appliances for those who like to prepare meals during their stay. If you plan on cooking, you might find the kitchen limiting.

The rooms are kept tidy, and the common areas offer a nice place to relax and meet other guests. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it ideal for exploring the area. While it may not be luxurious, it offers a friendly vibe and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
