Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyEven though it's very airy and has good fans, some people may miss an ac. We didn't miss anything. If you want to explore the island from there, I recommend a rental car as it's a bit remote.
Perfect place to wind down and relax. Comfy beds, very good bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Splendid Seaview. Very quiet fans. Two restaurants nearby and some more in the village across the nearly empty beach. Good for working remotely, too, if one wants. Only sound you can hear is the wind and the sea breeze.

I loved the beautiful minimalist design of the apartment, the peaceful atmosphere, the closeness to nature, and the stunning views of the sea and pools. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive special thanks to Erickson and Romizia for their warm hospitality. God willing I’ll be back!

NetherlandsIt’s a property under construction. They didn’t make noise while we were there, but you see some of the buildings aren’t finished yet. It didn’t bother us, and we believe this is also why the value for money is so good. We would definitely stay here again!
Stunning apartment with lots of space just up from a beautiful and quiet beach, but still pretty close to the hustle and bustle if you want it. The beach club on the beach serves decent food, and the staff is super friendly. The lady at the reception was also really friendly and helpful. The pool and the views are amazing. At the time of booking this, we couldn’t find any other place to stay on the island that is this stylish and at the same time still affordable!

GermanyAs we were there near the end of the typical holiday season only the beach club was open for food and it was too windy to cross the entire beach with a 2 year old (the sand hurt her when it blew) to go to the restaurants in the village.
The flats are dead drop gorgeous. Spacious, lovely furnishings, spectacular views. The reception communication was great and done via WhatsApp. They offered to buy us food and helped organise different transfers and turtle watching for us. The two swimming pools are ideal. The kid one is ideal for smaller kids and the bigger kids and adults.

It was my birthday so "I requested a Decor and a cake when I booked and when I arrived they gave me a huge surprise because The decor, the customer service, the swimming pool and ocean front, Everything was exquisite, we would definitely stay here again. Staff are very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and cosy and bed was very comfy. Food in the restaurant was 1st class, compliments to the chefs and waiter's. Breakfast was great, couldn't ask for anything more. "I would highly recommend staying here.

Nigeriaour overall experience was tainted by poor hospitality from the hostess. While she initially welcomed us upon arrival, any further interaction with her was dismissive and unhelpful. The first issue arose when we had WiFi problems in the apartment. When we went to the reception to address it, her demeanor immediately changed. She insisted that nothing was wrong and only agreed to send someone the next day after we repeatedly raised the issue. Due to the lack of responsiveness, we ended up purchasing SIM cards for data instead of relying on a resolution from her. Another frustrating experience involved something as simple as plates. Upon realizing there were none in the apartment, we reached out, only to be told that they were there, even after we confirmed otherwise. We had to record a video showing empty cupboards before she finally agreed to bring some. Yet, instead of simply delivering them, she came to inspect the apartment as if she didn’t believe us. Only after seeing it for herself did she provide the missing plates, but her body language made it clear that she saw our requests as a nuisance. Additionally, we attempted to rent bikes as mentioned in the welcome package, which stated to contact her via WhatsApp. Our messages were completely ignored. The following morning, we followed up about the WiFi and reported an issue with one of the bathrooms—again, no response. It wasn’t until we sent another message through the Booking platform that we finally received an answer. At that point, we decided to rely on our own solutions rather than ask for assistance. The final confirmation that she was intentionally avoiding us came when we saw her outside our room. When we tried to call her, she immediately turned and sprinted away. After that, we stopped reaching out to avoid further frustration. Despite the lack of support from the hostess, everyone else we interacted with was fantastic and genuinely tried to help, even with the language barrier.
São Pedro Bay is an incredibly beautiful place with stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of activities to do nearby. The people we encountered were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to assist us, even with the language barrier.
