The fitness center was tiny, the treadmill didn’t work and there wasn’t a good selection of weights. The breakfast did not clearly list allergens and I think I consumed lactose on a number of occasions inadvertently.

The property had a great location close to the strip. The pool was nice and the breakfast had a good selection of fruit. The staff were friendly and there were a lot of tables for breakfast etc.

Excellent price for the quality of the hotel. Less than 10 min walk to the beach. Very close to the main street 15 August with bars and restaurants. Nice pool at ground floor and jacuzzi at the top terrace.

The mosquito nets are missing. Many mosquitos in our room every night. There was some problem with electricity in our room, a danger to us the two electric sockets for charging our phones. We were electrocuted. We told at the reception and nobody came to verified in the next day. Please do something about this, it’s a dangerous thing for humans. The breakfast was poor and without quality of products. There was a single person that makes omlette at breakfast and if you come close to the ending of the breakfast time, you risked not to have any more of the other food. If you come early, they supply with products. That person (who maked the omlette) was not to blame. She did what she could, but there were many people who wanted. We think that is a organize problem, we recommend that those omlettles, will be prepared before.

Very good location, close to the center of town and the beach. It had free rooftop jacuzzi and fitness, but we didn’t use it. Good wifi. Big room with big closet and mirror. It was clean, thanks to the cleaning ladies. The hot water was super ok. The place was quiet (we had a room with pool view). Nice swimming pool and beautiful garden with palm trees. Good for budget.

The door to the balcony on my room wouldn't open. It's not really an issue, as I didn't plan to use the balcony. Besides that the shower and also the hairdryer were outdated.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was big and super clean. The cleaning staff provided new sheets and towels every day. The pool is nice as well as the rooftop lounge with jacuzzi. Lovely tropical vibes; The hotel even bears coconut and banana trees.

Great hotel, good value for money! If you want to avoid all-inclusive, I highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, staff is friendly, there is a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. It's about 5 min walk from the Santa Maria town centre with all the bars and restaurants! Breakfast is excellent as well! Highly recommend.

It would have been helpful to have a leaflet in the room that explains when cleaning personel is coming in, the timings of restaruant and swimming times etc.

Loved having a room with a balcony facing the pool. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Enjoyed the roof terrace area. Great breakfast buffet with many options!

Sometimes not enough cups/ crockery at breakfast. Next time will book a pool balcony, city balcony very dusty and loud.

Double booking and one staff 'manager' lying and cheating, showing a different room ( no balcony) in repair. Thus he was lying as this was not the booked room. He 'offered' ( pushed - persisted) us to stay in a different hotel which we would reach by a taxi: no indication where the other hotel was located and what prive category it was. As we insisted, we got a smaller room. We only got the bigger booked room after 4 nights as we went asking ourselves while the staff 'manager' wasn't present. A new woman with a Hotel branded outfit gave us a bigger room as we had booked. Thus not trustworthy staff manager had spoiled the start of the holiday. Please note we had booked for 11 nights while most customers only stayed for 4 to 6 nights. Thus one of the best customers he wanted to spend the money in a different hotel..

The location was excellent. The swimming pool was a good size and clean. 5 to 7 mins walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The resturants nearby are good, for a good price. People and the energy are good. Would defo recommend people to come here.
