Service from restaurant, mainly due to langage. The water glass was never bring back by cleaner after i used it. There was no coffee/tea maker, nor socket near bed in the room as expected.

Breakfast items were not all put out and ready by 7am. Door was locked to restaurant until about 7:02. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and didn't explain where to find certain items.

The room and hotel were amazing! Beautiful room with ocean view, lots of space in the deluxe double premium. Modern decorations and bathroom. Large rooftop pool area with seating.

There was no provision for tea/coffee. No mini toiletteries ie shower cap,toothpaste, toothbrush etc

My 2nd time at Perola, got an upgrade, thanks to the staff. Great Location, close to the Plateau, nice Interior, great breakfast variety - fantastic fruits, nice pool area, great time to relax.

actually the pool area is nice but I missed the supply of towels: people lay/sit down with their wet bathing suits on the sun furnitures and leaves the mess

The room was slightly noisy. I believe because it was very windy but it disturbed my sleep a bit.

I liked the hotel a lot. My room was spacious, with a large balcony with a view over the bay. The breakfast is well prepared and varied for all sorts of tastes. The restaurant is amazing and I recommend having grilled fresh fish. You can’t get it wrong.

Good location - Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Within walking distance for major sights like coastline, the city plateau and the new Government Neigborhood - but always use a taxi after dark. Or have diner in the hotel restaurant with good selection of food...

The staff were expecting me at the time of checking in. This shows and awareness and good planning. I forgot Aloe Vera gel in the room fridge, which the staff kept safe for me when I returned. Friendly and polite, and willingness to help is key.

Bathroom was a bit smelly, small window and a big white wall - decoration could have been nicer. Pool bar was unfortunately closed but possible to pick up drinks from the restaurant

The location is quite good (between plateau and the beach bars), the staff is very friendly and supportive! Nice pool and a restaurant/breakfast with a view!

Shower often not good. Room smelled of weed each time we arrived until Aircon had been on a bit. Road outside was noisy (bring earplugs if facing front). Balcony view also spoiled by traffic making it a waste of money over other rooms.

Great location. Easy walking to Plateau and beaches. View of the presidential palace and bay. Bed comfy. Shower very good at times. Decent breakfast. Staff helpful.

Fare from city and at the side of noisy road, beach that is next to hotel is unusable snd 15min walk to another one. Very basic breakfast and buffet always empty, staff really slow to restock.

The location could have been better for us as female tourists. However, the staff member at the entrance always kept an eye on us and even asked if we had a taxi or needed one. :)

We had a nice room with plenty of space. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant.
