We would have liked the ground floor swimming pool to be warmer.

Great location, wonderful staff, rooms are comfortable, loved both swimming pools, nice view while having breakfast. We had an issue with the room the first night and the staff was very helpful even during the night.

I found a big cocroach in the bathroom which I had to get rid of and the bathroom floor had hairs from the last guest.

I really appreciated having had my room upgraded to a junior suite. It provided much better conditions than a regular room. Towels were very clean and the facilities were great.

A very pleasant hotel run by Cape Verdeans, which is definitely a plus. The cleanliness around the pool area could be slightly improved. Breakfast was very good, although if you go towards the end of the service, some items may be missing. Location is great: 2 minutes walk to the ferry terminal and 6 minutes to the city center. We had an issue at the pool: the water suction vent pulled in my friend’s leg while she was naturally leaning against the edge enjoying the view, and she ended up with a large bruise. Another woman in the pool at the same time experienced the same problem, as it’s an area where anyone might rest during a swim. A warning sign or a repair is needed to avoid further accidents. Also, the hotel forgot to send the airport transfer to pick us up as arranged, but fortunately, the taxi was easy to find and inexpensive

There was no written information in the room about prices for: laundry, food & beverages, towels for the pool. There was no information about TV channels some of which were not working properly and even though I informed the staff at the reception, nothing had changed when I returned to my room at the end of the night. Lastly, the towels although laundered were no longer white but, yellowish which made them seem dirty and old.

The quality of the breakfast (juices, fruit, yogurts, coffee and pastries) is imo poor. I've never seen the bar next to the reception open.

It is perfectly located (across the street from the marina) to go fishing. The staff is kind and the hotel is clean.

This hotel is located at walking distance from the ferry to Santo Antao, If you need a bit of comfort and luxury, this is your place to stay. The hotel looks brand new, there is a chill out pool with bar on the roof terrace and another pool at the ground floor. But it is a hotel, you need to wear a bracelet and it felt like a resort to me. This accommodation is not really to be compared to the many guesthouses to be found in Mindelo. But if you look for something like a formal hotel, I can highly recommend the place. There was also a gym, a very nice breakfast in buffet style included, and I also received a free room upgrade upon arriving. The staff was formal but very friendly.

There was nothing NOT to like, all was perfect.

Prefect central location, close to all attractions and beach, excellent staff team (helpful, professional, efficient and friendly), pristine facilities, outstanding views from the room. The staff in particular are first rate, especially LOREN and NOELIA (and also Antônio) who sought to attend to our needs in a very attentive and professional manner.

The roof pool was a little dirty with lots of floating things in it so maybe best to have it cleaned and provide towels up there. Some of the generic things to buy like water were very expensive and laundry was very expensive.

Just 1 lift for building and the downstairs swimming pool.

The hotel is not Amazing like the pictures, but it is clean and well located, I can say it is good. The rooms are like 3* hotels, very basic! The swimming pool is between the 3 building so is not sunny there and is not deep enough for swimming. During my 9 days there I just saw 2 people there for short swim. The breakfast was the same everyday and after 9 am the food was not replaced, so you will not find there fruit, bread and too many items. And also just 1 lift for 6 floors and about 25 bedrooms per floor and when the lift is going up it not stop , for example if the lift is going to 6 floor (breakfast ) and you are in 4 floor waiting to go up, the lift will not stop, its go straight up to 6 floor even if it is not full. Imagine it in busy hours ( breakfast time) The staff is the best part of the hotel, they are very polite and helpful.

The location is not in the town center but it has a harbor view and was quiet. Their restaurant food was good - we ate lunch and breakfast. They only supply one bottle of water per guest with no refilling station. It was spotless and comfortable.
