We stayed for 10 days and had a great time The people working here are very kind and helpful, the location is perfect and the breakfast was amazing and abundant. Also the rooftop has an amazing view! Make sure to pet the cats outside ^^.

I had a great stay and Wagner and the staff could not have been more helpful. The Hotel is modern, clean with a fantastic roof top bar overlooking the sea. Great breakfast too. I'll be back next year!

Noisy!!!

Beautiful room, the view was ok as well, the location was good if you want to be in the center of the capital, but there were parties on the roof-terrace every evening! And although I really insisted on having a quiet place before booking, even mentioning that I would not come if it was not quiet, they didn't tell me in the advance so I was there and payed for Twe nights to sleep hardly anything before 1am, even wit earplugs. There was a kzkaoke bar in front, and a noicy pizzeria - grill next door, so it was awful. I guess for people who like to go out, and who sleep easy, it could be a good place to stay. And I was there in the weekend, so maybe other days are fine too... But I really didn't like it, although they were very friendly and the food was good and the room nice

We ate an evening meal once at the hotel restaurant and although the food was excellent, there is little atmosphere. We would easily have eaten there more often otherwise.

Location is excellent. There is a beach directly in front of the hotel (no loungers). But a ten minute walk to some comfortable beach resorts (cafes/loungers/toilets,etc). Breakfast more than adequate, with hot foods being cooked throughout the service. Roof-top bar a wonderful place for sunsets with really well-priced drinks. Lovely, helpful staff.

If you're looking for a quiet night, it's not the best choice, due to the restaurant in front of the hotel entrance, with loud music and not closing before midnight. A good addition could be a mosquito net above beds, especially for customers who unfortunately tend to be very attractive for mosquitoes.

Excellent location, right in front of the beach: you can leave the hotel in swimsuits wrapped in your towel and you're on the beach! You can even watch the sunset from the rooftop, if not directly from your room balcony! Also located at the doorstep of the city centre, a couple of minutes' walk from restaurants on one side, or a couple of minutes' walk from the stunning white sand beach of Estoril on the other side. The staff is very nice and helpful, fixing any issue immediately. The room is very spacious, with comfy beds, bright and modern (very much appreciated the small fridge and safe in the room). Breakfast can be sufficient to be your only meal of the day, as there's a lot of choice, homemade cakes, pancakes, etc.

I would say our stay at Ouril Hotel Águeda was average but not bad. We managed to book it at the last minute due to an issue with our original reservation at another place, and it turned out to be a decent choice. The location is great, just a 2-minute walk from a nice beach where you can swim or kite surf, and it's also close to the city center. The hotel has a gym on the top floor, though I didn’t get the chance to check it out. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was sufficient to keep us from going hungry. Our room felt a bit dated with some prints on the walls, but it was clean, and we enjoyed a nice sea view from our tiny balcony. The bed was quite spacious—definitely king size. Overall, it met our needs for a last-minute stay!

Lack of hot water :(

What a great place for vacation🏖️😍 -Location: the best location in the area. Very close to transparent and warm beach. You can go to boulevard for ice cream. Beach bars are near. -Room: facilities were great and AC worked perfectly. We had spacious room with seaview. We enjoyed teapot in the room. -Staff: Amazing people who helped us with guidance and taxi arrangements. Manager was super helpful. Cleaning was done everyday without us asking. -Breakfast: variety of options for every taste. Could be repetitive but we enjoyed. Hotel has lunch/dinner menu👌

The place is dated and needs some renovation. Termites were eating the doors and falling on the floor. There was no fridge in the room, and no bottle of water was provided to guests. There was a little snake on the bathroom floor, and I had to put a towel over it and stepped on it to kill it. You don't expect to find these things in a hotel. I was very disappointed. Breakfast was also a big disappointment as nothing was replenished. If you made it late to breakfast around 9am, most items were gone, and whatever was left was what you would have.

Superb location on Praia d Estoril. Walking distance to restaurants of Sal Rei and far enough from the noise. Third floor rooms with balconies have excellent views. Away from the monstrous large hotels. 50 m to the beach and it’s endless. Rooftop restaurant has good food. Rooms are large, spacious and clean. Internet wifi was good.

The location is great, walking distance to the beach (beach view from the small balcony I had was fantastic), town shops and markets, good restaurants. The area is calm and safe. The room met all the expectations and there were no "surprises". Especially, I wanna thank the hotel staff as they were extremely helpful (4AM check-in, organising a tour for me etc), friendly and made my stay, like they say on the island, "NO STRESS" for real. Rooftop terrace is awesome!

Not much, the electricity dropped a few times but its africa.

The breakfast was excellent, good basic options and anything else you wanted cooked to order. The location right on the beach and on the edge of sal rei was perfect, the sea , resteraunts and shops, taxis and museums only a short walk away. The rooftop bar and resteraunt was a great feature.

Wifi good in reception and Roof terrace but intermittent in bedrooms.

A couple of minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the beach centres with sunbeds and cafes plus watersports. Nice breakfast served on the lovely roof terrace with views over the bay. This is also the evening bar and restaurant. Free wifi.

We were given first completly different room we ordered. After complain we gor sligtly better room, but defo not what we ordered. So many things were missing in the room or not working. Water was coming out of the sink, when we showered water didnt go down somit was like in a paddlig pool. Lights were not working in the room.the awfull smell that is coking in trough the bathroom windov

The hotel has great location. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Cleaning service was realy good and done properly every day.
