The gym is in great need of upgrading and a/c. The door is locked and not easy to open with the key.

Only one bottle of drinking water provided free on day one then they charge a fortune for a small bottle. Despite staff saying water with fruit in is available at reception, sometimes it was, sometimes it wasn’t.

Good Wi-Fi and decent sized rooms alongside an extensive breakfast choice . I had a late evening check out before a night flight and the staff were kind enough to give me my breakfast to take in a small box.

The only minor drawback was that the gym's only exercise machine was out of order.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is nicely located, the pool is stunning, and the restaurants offer delicious food. The views from the bar are beautiful. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable.

While the room was generally good, it could benefit from some maintenance. Service at the pool area was notably slow, and the environment often felt disorganized, particularly concerning wet floors and misplaced chairs.

Breakfast was enjoyable with an expanded variety. The view and the terrace in the room was also great.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was their check out process. There was only one person doing the check out and it took forever. The person was not understanding that I had to be at the airport. I almost missed my flight. For this reason I probably wouldn’t stay there next time. The woman that checked me out was rude.

I didn’t like the pool because the water is very bad and needs to be changed. I think it has way too much chemicals and it seriously hurts if you open your eyes

Some of the rooms, in particular those facing the sea, can be really noisy at night as there is a bar on the opposite side of the beach that plays loud music until 2:00 or 3:00 am every night. I had to sleep with earplugs.. Breakfast is pretty basic for a 4* hotel -but included in the rate so no complains. But the worst thing by far was the attitude of the two young girls at the reception… they just do not care about guests, pretend they do not understand you when you ask questions, everything including money exchange seems to be too much trouble and they are just rude. The other staff members were all friendly but these ladies should not be working here.

We stayed in 3 different rooms as we had to extend our stay due to a flight cancellation, the best and newest ones are the sea view rooms as they have huge & comfy beds and lovely terraces each, the standard rooms really need to be refurbished -some smell really bad as if they had been closed for years, or have no safe or it's broken etc…

- Generally worn out property, with outdated equipment and facilities. - Contrary to the pictures shown, during our stay the whole garden was “under construction” so instead of grass there was just dirt everywhere. - Lunch option at the snack bar / pool area was mediocre and service was slow. - Amenities and staff capacity do not correlate with the number of guests staying, the pool area was generally full with few / no sunbeds available almost no shade (broken or missing umbrellas). - At serving areas like pool snack bar and breakfast restaurant, staff were normally insufficient compared to the number of customer, which meant slow and sub-par service. - No sufficient staff at breakfast area, which was normally full during the whole service time (7am-10am and 7am-11.30 on weekends), which meant dishes piling up on tables and food and utensils not being replaced fast enough. There was 1 lady making eggs for the whole 50+ crowd). - Poor gym facilities: while the gym are had sufficient space, mire than half of the equipment was broken but still in place, without any warnings. The gym dis not feel clean and there was no water or towels provided. - The reception / concierge area was normally packed with customers and there was a long waiting time to get any help.

- Great location, walking distance to 2 beaches and plenty of really nice restaurants less than 10 mins walking distance. - Nice restaurant (dinner only). - Comfortable room. - Car rental (daily) available at hotel. - Taxis mostly always available just outside the hotel.

The hotel lost our reservation, then they gave use a room that in really bad shape, no water in the toilet, water on the floor due to infiltration of the bathroom. "cafard in the room", I would say the room was not salubre, the personal presented in the same building but that has also water infiltation in the wall. Finally we were moved in the junior suite that was in an other building. The main issue with the junior suite was the music club with incredibly loud music during the weekend until 5 in the morning. (no possible to spleep, as the bass made the windows vibrate), the rest of the week was perfect in the junior suite. (wihout additional cost compared to our original resrevation)

The breakfast was excellent. Lunch and dinner were not served at the hotel. Pool was nice, but with not enough place in the shade. The replacement room we received, a junior suit was new and very nice.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the man came but issue persisted. We ended up having to mess with the tank each time we needed to flush. That was very annoying. Also lots of bugs when you open the door. Very few inside the room however. They also have no face wash cloth just hand towels and regular towels

Besides the pool, the restaurants at 5 minutes walk and the nice little beach at 300 metres from the hotel there is not so much activity in the direct vincinity of the hotel.

although an old complex, it is maintained quite well by the top-10 staff, from reception to arrival the staff was very friendly and eager to help us. Some rooms require serious repairs. The cleaning staff is very diligent. At breakfast the ladies were extraordinary, the food very good and varied! a successful vacation!
