Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Overall, the hotel is good, and my room was comfortable. It was clean and organised and had everything needed for a basic but comfortable stay while exploring San Jose. I would equate it to a Holiday Inn Express. I did not explore much of the facilities, but I did try the restaurant, and the food was okay, but nothing extraordinary - I would recommend trying some of the restaurants in the area rather. The breakfast provided was quite basic, but it was reasonably tasty. The staff were all super-friendly and helpful and allowed me a late checkout that I requested.

Very Convenient Location if your goal for san jose is shopping or doctors appointments. 10 minute walk to Escazu Village and Walmart or 2 minute taxi ride. Really friendly staff, secure parking and a great breakfast.

United StatesThe room key didn't work at first on the elevator and then it didn't work to open the room door. I had to head back to the receptionist for assistance but when I went back to the room the second time I was able to open the room door successfully on my own thankfully.
The hotel was a short drive from the airport and that was great since I had been traveling for several hours and had a layover, arriving at midnight I just wanted to check-in and get to bed.
