The room was lovely and modern. It has a lovely pool but I had no time to use it which was a shame. It is very close to the airport. It is a very large hotel with a casino and restaurant and gym.

However, there are some points that need improvement. The property looks old and the maintenance service is poor. Many parts of the hotel clearly need renovation and upgrading to match the cost charged

My stay was very good overall. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, and they even accepted my late request for a late check-in (with an extra charge of $50)

Hotel is located a far way to downtown

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The hotel rooms, restaurant, and amenities are spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. Several pools are impressive, and the hot spring pool is particularly memorable. It was a cold at rainy day, but it was a great way to warm up me.

Value! Location of my room, (even though I asked for something different)

Its a well known and established hotel, used to be fancier! Cafeteria is very expensive for what you get! I asked for a room near the pool with direct/ view access and I didn’t get it! We got the backside, the last strand of the hotel! Not worth $150!

The resort is getting a dated feel to it - but it's still a welcomed feel in a 3rd world country. The price of the food at the Quattro restaurant was a bit high for the quality of the food and how long it took to make, but was the only place open that we could take a family to later in the evening (circa 8pm).

Spacious room with a large bed and a feeling of luxury even if somewhat dated. Hourly shuttles to the airport was a welcomed perk as well, plus, being able to leave our rented vehicle at the hotel was a huge plus thanks to the partnership with Alamo. Staff were helpful as well, getting towels for the pool for us and setting up things as well.

It is OK for the price. Some manteinance details, nothing serious. I could have used a mini-fridge.

Bar closed, hot water wasn’t working unfortunately which isn’t much of a problem but when you’re only staying for 1 night it makes it less nice, quite far from town so you need to get a taxi to see any sights

The hot pool was incredibly dirty on 1 visit, then 2 weeks later appeared to have been cleaned. The pool table is so unlevel that balls roll away once placed. The sticks were destroyed years ago and not replaced. Despite paying for a delux room, it had no fridge, and the 2 cups for coffee were paper instead of glass, no water drinking cups.

Breakfast buffet was really really good with many options. Pool area was nice, and checkin went well.

After a long travel, I decided to stay close to the airport and I did not regret it. While the hotel has gotten a bit into the years, you feel the sense of luxury and it is very well maintained & beautifully decorated. There is just a very nice vibe everywhere, from the restaurant, the play corner, reception and especially the pool area. We loved their outside space and you forget you are close to the airport and get into the tropical bliss immediately. We especially loved their very large heated jacuzzi area. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms comfy, clean and you had everything you need. I will likely stay here again at the end of our trip.

The facility is very ran down and needs paint and more maintenance to the buildings, halls as well as the carpets. The beds are not very comfortable either. Room service sometimes forgot to replace towels and did not restock coffee.

The location is perfect and very close to many restaurants and groceries as well as malls.

It is a very old and retired hotel. Our room smelled of damp. Breakfast was not so good.

The pool area and the garden was nice, staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby area is also refurbished but not the rooms unfortunately. Close to the airport.

Temperature was harder to regulate even following the instructions step by step. It continued automatically going to 16c, even when the lowest temperature was set to 21c.
