The location was perfect-just a few blocks from the beach and coffee shop, right next door to a supermarket, and a fabulous restaurant on the other side! Breakfast was delicious and right on time every day!

You can hear across walks of each unit but guests were very respectful while i was there for a week.

Beautiful surroundings walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of outside space for guests to spread out and find privacy. Great breakfast. Ximena and her staff were very welcoming and ready to assist with any questions.

The location is not perfect but it actually adds to the charm.

It’s clean, comfortable and has the best owners and staff in Brasilito. The transformation of this property is stunning. It’s a quiet little gem just off the main road. It’s comfortable and quirky. The owners and the hostess bring this place to life. I travel extensively and it’s very seldom you get such personalized service. We loved our stay because we were given such personalized treatment. If I ever return to Brasilto, I’ll return to Quinta Esencia.

Ximena is Hostess Extraordinaire. She made our every moment at the B&B superb. She is so much more than a hostess. She makes the place. We also loved being slightly removed from the exclusivity of the surrounding developing coastal communities to the north and south of Brasilito. Thank you so much Ximena!

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta Esencia! The place is simply beautiful, especially the terrace and the common kitchen. The room was clean and the breakfasts super tasty! The owners are fantastic people.

The hill leading up to the house needs to be covered in asphalt, my tinny rental car had a little bit of problems

for cost of the room the plunge pool was not up to par, we had a room next to a couple & a baby that woke us up every morning by 6:00am!

We loved the convenient location, and everyone there could not have been nicer. Breakfast was delicious, and we so appreciate that they went out of their way to also make a breakfast for our 8 month old. The room was clean and quiet too! The hotel provided a tent and wagon for us to take what we needed down to the beach, and we had an absolute blast.

A bit pricey for Costa Rica but still worth it.

We enjoyed a lot our stay, the BnB is very nice and the breakfast with fresh fruit is fantastic! The location is great if you look for a less touristic spot. A bit difficult to get there without a car but there are a couple of restaurant at walking distance so you don't need to drive at night. A big plus is the proximity to playa conchal, so you skip the long line for parking.

The curtains didn't block out sunlight in the morning but it genuinely didn't bother us

Cute little B&B situated perfectly to explore the nearby beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was nice with fruit, toast and coffee. Room was spacious with a large comfy bed. Small pool and communal space were a nice addition. Huge thanks to the very friendly lady that runs the place who let us leave our luggage in a safe place and shower after we checked out. We felt welcome here and didn't want to leave!

The breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruit, toast, and coffee was prepared every morning. Simena was very helpful! She helped us find a surfing lesson for us, provided restaurant recommendations, and created a happy environment. The bed and breakfast is clean, rustic, and walking distance to Brasilito and Playa Conchal. You can use the kitchen area as well to cook meals. The dogs are also super cute.

High cost of dinner for 2 in local restaurants, $110-$150. Maria assisted us to grill meats to eat meals at the Quinta to reduce the cost of eating out. Staff trally supported our neefs.

Well located, close to the spectacularly beautiful beach, superb staff, exceptional services, clean and comfortable room, use of the common area for relaxation, work and cooking meals. Very rrasonble cost/night. We will return again.

Somewhat noisy location with dogs and cars, but accommodations are great. Brasalito Beach and town are not the greatest but close to others.

Cons: - Rooms are not soundproof (if the person next door or on a terrace is talking you can hear everything) - There is a safe in the wardrobe but I think it is useless since you can carry it around.

We had a nice stay at Quinta Esencia. This is a small (new) private hotel, which has a lot to offer. Pros: - Big comfy beds (hard mattress but very comfy) - Breakfast was very nice - Communication with a host was great she will try to show you around and give you some tips. We were talking with her about diffusor and next day she gave us one for the night to try some new oils. - Parking is there for you car (inside a fence) - There is a small shared kitchen outside of the rooms - Dogs and Cats
