The two bedroom suite was the perfect size for our family of five. The hotel staff was warm,friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool area and outdoor seating were lovely. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect! It was a quick walk to the beach with many restaurants and shops close by.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the start of the town so you never have to travel on the dusty main road with all the traffic. The staff was just incredible- from Astrid and David at the front desk ensuring we had the most amazing stay to the wonderful staff in the beautiful breakfast area with a free breakfast that included 3 made-to-order delicious options. The hotel includes parking which is key in such a congested area and is steps from the gorgeous Santa Teresa/Carmen beach which are basically the same beach. I strongly recommend staying at this incredible boutique hotel. You will LOVE it!!

There was way too much sweet fragrance in the lobby. It was so overwhelming; it gave me a headache almost immediately. I had to avoid going in there.

Get rid of the pigeons… I know it is hard. I forgot to tell you that outside of our room, 304, behind the air conditioner, there is a pigeon on a nest you could get rid of… another note on that subject - the CDs and hawks statues do work but with the hawks in particular - they work better if you move them once a week.

Everything was great but sometimes the housekeeping would come later in the day instead of the morning.

The location was amazing. Lots of good places to eat nearby and right next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. There were also a couple grocery stores nearby where you could buy snacks. Pool was lovely and the free coffee in the lobby was great.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, staff were friendly and always eager to assist with anything needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day. As for comfort, the room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, with a cozy bed that ensure a restful night’s sleep. We had a great time in Hotel Santa Teresa by The Beach, staff was super friendly, room was great, bed and shower too. Location was few steps to the beach and there was water and coffee available at all times at the hotel, we loved it!

Great little hotel. Gorgeous pool area. Great amenities, lovely spa with 10% off. Staff were super knowledgeable about the area, made restaurant reservations for us in advance (we spoke via whatsapp). Close to beach and they provide beach towels! There was a problem with our air conditioner in the first room we stayed in and they immediately moved us to a new room.

Friendly, cordial and helpful staff. Impeccable, and neat facilities. My room was upgraded with no charge. The breakfast was superb, even for me as a vegan traveler. Peaceful and quiet at night. The Internet was excellent to work with. They allowed me to check in earlier than usual. This hotel is a gem.
