The location is perfect. So easy to walk to everywhere in town coming to the beach and to a great upscale little neighborhood I never even knew existed.

A delightful small, family run hotel set around a beautiful garden. We loved the ‘personal touch’ from the friendly owners and the incredibly relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, great air-con and everything we needed for our short stay.

No hair dryer in the room but I wasn’t too bothered as it was so humid that my hair wouldn’t have stayed dry anyway!

It was accessible and had beautiful surroundings. The family who run it are absolutely lovely and so accommodating. Fresh coffee every morning was so lovely to wake up to and the breakfasts are delicious and huge!

Everything! It was a peaceful oasis in which to gather ourselves before heading to the airport. The owners were lovely, and breakfast bought to us outside our rooms a real treat. We thoroughly recommend!!

Some screens for the sliding glass doors and tissues in the room would be nice.

It is a clean, friendly, and quiet place. The bed is large, the patio area outside each room was nice, the pool surrounded by banana trees was lovely (you can pick and eat them), the breakfasts were delicious, the coffee was fantastic, and the hosts, Vivien, Natalie, and Holger, were helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to several restaurants and a beach. It’s on a dirt road that was easy to miss, so follow a gps.

The hotel is located on a dirt road which gets very dusty every time a car passes by. I wish the rooms felt warmer and cozier in their decor. I didn't like the pancakes I ordered for breakfast, as they were soaked in oil.

The structure is very new and built with sober minimal design. It's a 10 minutes walk to the beach and to most restaurants and shops in town. The Wi-fi and the AC worked well. I loved the nice garden and the swimming pool, and the possibility to hang out in the private patio outside our room. I also enjoyed a day at the beach club in Coco to which you can access for free as a guest of the hotel. The owners were friendly and available. Overall good value for the money.

Wow...the hosts, Holger and Natalie were amazing and Holger was so warm and welcoming and helpful and honest host I've ever seen. The place was super clean and the pool area with the tropical landscaping was great! They also left the pot of coffee on the patio table early in the morning was so thoughtful and nice gesture, Besides, the coffee tasted really good!!!! The room was clean and spacious with good functioning A/C, etc. Bonus, the every room has a personal patio area where you can chill as well. It was an awesome stay and if I ever come back to the area, I will definitely stay at this place for sure.

Actually... nothing! It is honestly very good for the place and the price, no doubt.

Amazing hotel and facilities. The rooms are big, clean, and quiet. The staff and owners are happy to be there, and you can feel it! Coffee and fresh water are always available, as well as sunscreen products, beach towels, and sometimes chips! :D The pool in the middle of the hotel is surrounded by plants and trees, very clean and beautiful. It's nice to relax there during the morning, afternoon, or at night, as there are no opening/closing times! They even provide free passes to two clubs: one in El Coco which is quite large (featuring a gym, tennis courts, pool, swim-up bar, and restaurant with a 10% discount), and another at Ocotal Beach, which is smaller but perfect for parking and freshening up after a beach visit. We stayed for 6 days, and we know this is the place we'll come back to every time we visit El Coco. The owners are excellent and kind, and the breakfast is very good (we tried all the options).

TV was dying possibly due to energy surges? Host was very helpful in trouble-shooting but ultimately it needed to be replaced.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel grounds and an incredibly nice and accommodating family-owned business. Breakfast was delicious - pancakes and coffee were soo tasty and fruit was beautiful and delicious.

The property was great. Only approx 500m to the beach and only 120m to the shops. The property was extremely clean and peaceful. The owners were exceptional in every regard. Don’t remember ever having better customer service at a hotel. Phenomenal. On top of that, they deliver a delicious pot of coffee to your outdoor sitting area in the morning. It has all the charm of a B&B but with more privacy.

Bed could do with a topper which would help against the wooden frame .. but comfortable bed and we slept well.

Warm family owned retreat. Holger, Natalie and their kids are exceptional hosts . We enjoyed the pool, clean rooms and proximity to the town. Off street safe parking. AC in the rooms worked a treat and the rain shower was warm. Hot coffee awaiting in our private outside lounge area every morning and fabulous breakfast available on order. We would definitely stay again !

The only recommendation I would have is maybe a fan for the patio, as it can get hot - but to be fair we were there when it was 90 degrees!

This is a lovely, new hotel with great hosts! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and each one has its own patio area complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. They bring you your own carafe of coffee each morning, and you have the option to also have them provide breakfast. We used the pool a couple times each day! The hotel offers so many little touches that make it such a find - Coffee and tea, hot and cold water dispenser and ice are provided all day and night. There is also a table with bug repellent and sunscreen for your use. Another bonus was free access to 2 local resort clubs - one day we went to play Pickleball, then relaxed with a gin & tonic by its pool! The hotel is very easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, but in a very quiet location.

Brand new hotel with amazing hosts! Kevin is an great guy always willing to help. The rooms are quite big, and the pool is perfect to relax after a long days filled with activities. There are many things that contribute to a great experience: the welcome beer, coffee and ice 24-7.

I wish they had a small table and chair inside the room. But... if I was thinking, I guess I could have taken one of the patio chairs and table inside too 🤦‍♀️

This place is a hidden gem! It's close enough to walk to the main Coco Beach area and away from all the traffic, making it a quiet paradise. The owners were awesome.. such a great family and very friendly. There are 8 rooms all facing the pool with large patios you can get cozy on and write, read or just relax among all the trees and foliage.The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the towels are super soft with no fragrances (great for those of us who suffer from allergies!) The breakfast was star quality and the presentation was beautiful like a gourmet restaurant. Kevin helped secure a motorcycle rental for me at a lower price than advertised, which was very kind of him. In addition, it's a quick walk to both the medical and dental office if you are visiting either of those facilities. I have already recommended this quaint boutique hotel to a few friends, and when I come back, I will definitely book here (if there are any rooms available 😉).
