Beach towels cost $2 a day and since the pool loungers heat up so much and there are no beach beds, you really need them. The AC works only with a key, which is locked at the room key, so if one person locks up and leaves the other is either locked out or sweating inside. They also ask for a $100 deposit per room (the only place on our three‑week Costa Rica trip to do so), and there’s no on‑site breakfast. None of this is a real deal‑breaker, but worth knowing!

Nice place. Mornings on the beach, afternoons by the pool on the beds and cushions. The beach and good spots like Eat Street or local sodas are just a five/ten minute walk away. Our room had a large bed and a small fridge, which was convenient. For my parents’ 30th anniversary, the staff added some sweet decorations in the room — a really kind touch.

Sta Teresa. Not my style . Road is stupid. For all the money in this village they cant make a pedestrian sidewalk?

Beautiful property. We came during dry season and it was so lovely how they spray down the plants at night. Such a peaceful sanctuary within Santa Teresa. Highly recommend. Staff was so friendly and welcoming too.

The pool was a little dirty , like stuff coming from the walls, but nothing that I good cleaning wouldn’t fix!

the property had big rooms, adequate kitchen, and great location (beach access across the street and a 2 minute walk down to the water). There was also plenty of restaurants we could walk to as well as a small grocery store. The pool was great for our family. the staff were very friendly and helpful. we could hear music from nearby bars late into the evening but it didn’t disturb us. would recommend for families!

the road up the villas is not paved, so it would be nice if they had a golf cart or some kind of “transportation” to bring the luggage to the room easily. It didn’t have a place to have breakfast or just chill with other people; only the pool.

We felt really disappointed about this hotel it did not meet our expectations: 1- the location is not the best far from the downtown and closest supermarket is 500m 2- standard room is far from entrance we could not even park close and walking up and down the hill many times per day not very pleasant 3- the cleaning was ok but bad smell coming from the toilet they tried to fix it but not enough also our toilet windows was next to the laundry so people were talking and noisy all the time 4- the pool was not clean we didn’t even use it 6- in general it needs some renovations only one way to go to second floor so people had to walk through our room 5- the stuff got in my room when I was waking a shower and in general not the best in response with reception.
