On main road _a little unnerving when trying to park/ leave. Not a problem but need to be careful and aware is a busy road/one way and cars don’t keep to Speed limit

The hotel is directly on a street with so much traffic. The beach is in the opposite but not for swimming.

We found a big nice room with air condition and freezer.

The only drawback was the traffic noice. Nothing a couple of nice Moosehead beers couldn't fix before going to bed.

Reception was excellent and rooms were ready before the supposed check-in time. Breakfast was quite good, and the service excellent. We got 2 recommendations for dinner in the area, and both were spot on. We had fantastic meals in either one. The owner and his son are incredibly helpful. Extremely nice people.

The neighborhood is quite rundown. Coming east from the ferry it’s a very difficult left turn. Either text the hotel as you approach so the gate to the driveway can be opened or park in the pull off to the opposite (beach) side of the road, request the gate be opened and then turn into the parking area.

Lovely balconies, modest room with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. Very clean. The dining room for breakfast had a charming ambiance and the breakfast was delicious and filling. Spectacular sunset from the beach.

Pool was very small and only 2 sun loungers. Location was not great as nothing was within walking distance. Beach across the road but very busy road and very noisy during the day.

Room was good with comfortable outside seats and the courtyard was lovely. Breakfast was good and in a lovely setting.

It was on the main strip and the motorcycles were crazy loud Saturday night!

What a quaint hotel. Feels much more like a Bed & Breakfast. Sitting under landscape canopy for breakfast was delightful. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so helpful! He called for our taxi and helped make dinner plans. The hotel store was super convenient!! Filled up on snacks and water and drinks.

I stopped here after getting the ferry over- nice little spot to recharge before going off again, other than that, I don’t think there’s much to do close by. Secure parking onsite. Make sure to bring bug spray, lots of mosquitoes- there were about 20 in my room when I arrived ! Breakfast was very nice.

Location close to the Ferry terminal was important to me a 10min taxi. Slept very well. Small Grounds but had everything even a well stocked store. Pool. Beach across the street. Typical Costa Rica Breakfast was good. The Owner has my greatest respect.

It can be a little loud a this is the main thoroughfare thru town but I always bring a sound machine and ear plugs when I travel.

The staff were fantastic and the rooms were VERY clean. It’s a cute little compound with a convenience store next to it, which was nice.

The neighbourhood seemed pretty shady, and finding the hotel at night was impossible without asking the locals. The gate looks like any other private property, and the name of the hotel is impossible to see in the dark.

Since it was the off season, we were the only guests, and got upgraded to a better room for free. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the small pool.
