It was absolutely lovely, set in the jungle where we had a regular visit from an Agouti. The cabin was great with plenty of space and a large decking where we sat out regularly and watched the wildlife.

It was a pity that one or two armchairs were missing from the large sofa, it would have been better to sit around the table while playing card games.

Our cottage for 4 people was spacious, the layout of the cottages in the area is very clever, preserving privacy. The cottage had air conditioning. The kitchen equipment was sufficient. The terrace was spacious. I very much appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the area. The location was good, everywhere is just a short walk, to the waterfall on foot. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the garden charmed me with its richness. There are monkeys jumping here, although sometimes in the morning they disturbed with their shouting, it was also very nice to be in the center of nature.

Bumpy road up to our cabin!

The location was very convenient to everything in Uvita. The facility was clean. Well furnished. Kitchen had most of our needs. Lovely pool and lovely setting. The grounds were beautiful.

    Nothing Everything is perfect

A lovely place. In the middle of a natural forest, perfect wooden cabins. The room is large and includes a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. A warm hostess who helps with anything you need. We felt like we were in heaven. Highly recommended.

Property is located in a private gated area. Safe and super relaxing location. Location is very convenient close to gas station, stores, restaurants and shops. National park was a short 4 minute drive. Probably one of the best beaches in all costa rica. Facility is very clean and has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation stay. Returning next time we visit Uvita.

The door lock was loose and difficult to unlock from the outside.

It is located in a beautiful location, close to the town yet nestled in the jungle. The cabin was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and helpful.

I would have loved to have some coffee and sugar provided. We had similar things in other locations and we didn't have to go out and buy those things.

Place was really nice and even though it was in a neighborhood, it felt like you were alone in a jungle area. Pool was really nice as well and having the washing machine and dryers was very helpful.

Should have coffee filters. Not a big deal, I bought some and left them for the next person.

Location is good. Better if you have a car though. Place was very clean and surprisingly hot water in the shower considering its a small place.

    I liked everything.

This was a great place in a great location. The owner was friendly and helpful, particularly when I didn't receive the email with my gate code. She quickly walked down and let us in and helped us with all checking in. The cabinas are cute and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook at home.

Chairs on veranda need some cushions to make a more comfortable area to sit and relax in in the evening. Would nice to have some basic provisions in the kitchen - tea, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil.

Cabin set in nice grounds, nice swimming pool, on site laundry facilities very welcome. 2 ginger cats kept us company for the duration of our stay! Fabulous bakery just around the corner - try the cinnamon rolls!

A few times during our stay there were problems with water (water was shut off), and once with the internet, but it was throughout the entire neighborhood so nothing really could be done. Not a big issue, but just something to be aware of. The WiFi is okay for occasional internet use, but not fast enough if you need to work (video calls, etc.)

The cabins are surrounded by so many beautiful plants, it feels like you're in the middle of the jungle. The location is very private and relatively quiet (not considering all the animal noises :) Our cabin was well equipped for a family stay, and we had everything we needed there. The owner, Sasha was very friendly, and responsive with any requests or questions we had.

While I knew that Uvita was spread out I did not realize how much so. So if you are planning to spend time you really do need a car in this area. The beach is not walkable but the Uvita Falls are. The flip side is that you don't get the busy-ness of Uvita as there is tons of traffic and tourists. This accommodation seemed to be much much nicer that those close to the beach, while in a jungle settling (which Is why I chose it). Would stay again for sure.

The facility, gardens, parking, cabina etc was all fantastic. The cabina was adequately stocked but no overly so. There were a few restaurants, grocery stores and cafes near by. Comfortable place to spend a week. Recommended for anyone with a car .

Some maintenance on the insect screens could help to minimise possibility of insects entering the rooms but we faced no major issues with this.

Beautiful surroundings and really convenient location which is close to the centre of town. Suitable amenities and really clear communication with owner for check-in/payment etc.

Top of fridge needed cleaning, the white fan close to the ceiling could use cleaning. Not easy to fix, but the shower faucet for the bath sink made it hard to use effectively...was pretty though.

Friendly; directions made easy to find; secure; beautiful, well kept grounds; cabina was clean with everything avail for a successful stay Was a great week!

If you don’t have a car, it’s a bit inconvenient to figure out transport and it’s more of an AirBnB style where you bring in what you need - that’s fine as long as you know that in advance like that you need to bring coffee, etc

Beautiful environment with birds flowers and trees; nice space for a family, good small pool

Wifi signal was weak from the repeater. Bedsheets were too small so kept coming off the bed. Too much chlorine in the pool for us to use it (others were so could be a sensitivity).

Separate living space from the bedroom and the a/c in the bedroom. The larger fridge was also of great use.
