We liked everything about the hotel, especially the location! The hotel is walking distance to all the hot spots in Hanoi Old Quarter. The rooftop has an amazing view of the Hoan Kiem Lake and has a great selection of drinks. We also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and trying a variety of different dishes! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Last but not least, the staff made our experience even better. Very attentive, welcoming, and kind. We highly recommend Le Premier, you won't be disappointed!

Room is big, in good location a short 5-10 mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The balcony enabled us to dry our clothes by using a portable travel over the door hook clothes hanger, 1 on each door, which caught the early morning sun. 24h reception. Very comfortable room. Pillows a bit high for me , but still suitable for my other family members. We were very comfortable staying here. Highly recommended.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom hiding in the towels. The balcony is small with just enough space for 1 person to sit.

Amazing hotel from the comfort of the room, to the great views, the staff, the bathroom. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place. The breakfast is amazing and offers so many options. The pool is lovely and the gym allows for a full body workout. The location is also amazing! ++++

Everything was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Great views up the river to lantern bridge AND across to the motorbike bridge between islands. The walk in to old town was beautiful - along the riverbank. The young pregnant lady who was 7 weeks from giving birth was our very lovely host.

Stayed here a couple of nights with my sister and mom. Rosie and her staff were super kind and nice they even let us leave our luggage for a while since we had our bus late in the evening. Perfect position. The breakfast is good even for vegetarians.

The location of the hotel was good as it was on the beachfront.

Breakfast area was too small so we had to wait for a table to become free. The bathroom/shower was designed very badly. There is a rain shower in a bathtub, with most of the water falling outside of the bathtub. Standard of cleaning was poor. There was a used cotton ear bud under the sink when we arrived. It was still there when we checked out 3 days later. Also, I had to clean dust of the closet shelves before I put my clothes in. There reception staff were probably the worst I have seen in Vietnam while travelling for a month and staying in 4 hotels. The only time they spoke / acknowledged me over 3 days was when I checked in/out.
