      Excellent location. Very comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast. The owner, Nodir, is super helpful. He is a former multilingual guide and is always available to give you pointers/history elements about Khiva and Uzbekistan. Highly recommended!

      I liked the staff’s approach, they were very nice people and helpful. Smily faces and welcoming. Hotel in general was okay, not the best for sure

      We have asked for so many things from staff, i.e: kettle, water, toilet paper, bathrobe, soap etc, which was not comfortable to ask all the time. And breakfast was not rich with food, few options available.
