Loved the location, walking distance to Grand Central Station and other attractions, and the boutique size of the hotel. We also loved its unique architectural features, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. The outdoor decks on upper levels are cozy places to enjoy the midtown scenery. We totally enjoyed our stay and our interactions with the professional staff at the Gotham. Will definitely keep The Gotham Hotel on our list of top choices for a stay in NYC and recommend it to others.

Our only complaints are that the TV reception wasn't the best, and the bathroom had no towel bars. Also, updated phone charges are needed on the nightstands.

Perfect location. Plus, we had a double bedroom room so we were more than comfy. We had an issue with the first room assigned to us but the staff promptly checked it out and moved us to another room

The breakfast it was good and the beds really confortables.

The room was not clean when we arrived. We spoke with the cleaning service and they fix it.

Carpet soggy and room not clean, old. Waterpark not open until afternoon. No vent in the bathroom

A staff at the lobby was unfriendly upon arrival (night of August 31) which made the image of hotel worse unfortunately.
