Four Seasons Bangkok is undeniably stunning especially the pool overviewing Chao Phraya River, facilities, and overall ambience are absolutely on point. Everything about the design and hospitality service reflects the luxury you would expect from a world-class hotel. However, for the premium price we paid, one major letdown was the lack of proper noise insulation. We could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations, and when their children were screaming and crying, it was impossible to rest. It completely disrupted the sense of privacy and comfort that a property of this level should deliver. Sighs!! For a brand that prides itself on offering the finest experiences, I truly hope the management looks into improving room soundproofing. Guests paying at this level deserve peace, privacy, and uninterrupted rest.

The hotel itself is very clean and comfy, and in terms of location, it is close to the floating market with easy access to the main road. I for sure will repeat this hotel if i travel to Hatyai.

maybe they can includes one iron ecah room. we come as a group, they just provide one iron in level 1. my suggestion if they can’t provide for each room. maybe they can consider to located iron every each level.

Great view from the ocean view balcony room. Roof top bar a great addition. Staff great credit to Khun HOMCHFUEN who efficently sorted out a booking error on my part.

The reception and entry of the building staff where excellent, attentive, friendly & very professional, the guy on the door Top was excellent also.

From the moment you step into the hotel, the warm service of the staff makes people feel warm, and the check-in is fast and intimate.

Something new and refreshing especially there were fruits and desserts available throughout the day

The room rates could have been a bit more competitive
