Location. Room & bathroom size. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. 12midday check out. Staff always willing to assist and give advice. Allowing us to use pool facilities and shower ahead of flight departure time after checkout was very good.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the metro station, buses and shopping malls. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a very good selection of hot and cold food.

It was a lot cheaper than any other hotel in the area but with the cheaper price comes lower facilities. But you get what you pay for. We were happy to deal with it as the location was excellent.

Aerotel was a great option to rest during a lay over. Staff made the process and check in quick and easy. The meal after we checked out was great - in a nice and quiet corner of the airport.

The set up of the sofa bed was delayed despite repeated requests to set it up. Though the staff were very apologetic about it and I could see they were trying their best. Also another disappointment for us was that we did not get a room with the view towards the marina area.

The hotel was easy to find and in a convenient location. The 24hr front desk was always attended. Everything was very clean, and the room was freshened up daily.

There appeared to be no need to swipe rooms cards or prove you were a hotel guest to access the elevator and hotel hallways. With the 24 hr front desk, this didn't feel too uncomfortable, but would be nice.
