I’ve seen some reviews that seem unfair—many guests appear to expect 5-star luxury from a 3-star property, which isn’t a fair comparison. For what it offers, Hayah Plaza delivers solid value. The hotel has a strict check-in and check-out policy, which I found to be clear and reasonable. There’s definitely room for improvement at the reception, particularly in making the staff more welcoming and helpful. A warmer first impression would go a long way. Overall, if you manage your expectations and prioritize location, Hayah Plaza is a practical and worthwhile choice for your stay in Madinah.

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Haram and close to a variety of shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the facilities met the standard. What truly stood out was the professionalism of the customer service team. A special thank you to room assistants Masud Rana, Johir, and another kind staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. Their kindness and helpfulness made a real difference in my experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah who values location, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

One downside was the elevator system, which stopped at nearly every floor, making rides slow and sometimes frustrating—especially during peak hours. It’s something the hotel could definitely improve.

We always stay here! Convenienienxe, close to haram, and within the Haram courtyard. Delicious breakfast, warm hospitality and good deals. Everything is close by. The rooms are perfe t and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend.

Excellent staff. From front desk to cleaners . Duty manager lady helpful. Front desk buddies super friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Everything is close. You can perform salat from your room.
