I would like to share two concerns from my recent stay: Amenities- For couples, it would be better if two sets of towels and two sets of toothbrushes are provided in the room. Parking – Each time we had to wait for someone to open the basement parking. This time, even though space was available, the security staff mentioned it was full and asked us to park outside under the shade (which was already crowded). Later, when I checked myself, there was space available in the basement. I am not sure why incorrect information was given. Apart from these two points, I must say that the food quality was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the overall stay was peaceful.

I stayed there for 12 days, and honestly, I felt like I was with family. The service was exceptional from everyone without exception. The entire staff was incredibly respectful and kind — from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and even the security team. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. A special thank you to Moumen and Mizan your professionalism ,kindness and warm hospitality truly made my stay more comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality! 🌟
