What made this hotel special was the exceptional service of the staff. My arrival was delayed by 48 hours due to airline issues. The staff rebooked my room without penalty or complaint. The shuttle was there at 1am to pick me up and my room was available the moment I checked in. The room itself was large, and exceptionally well equipped with kitchen and living area (see photo). The hotel is centrally located for all of Koror's amenities, yet situated away from the main road in a quiet side street. Best hotel I stayed in on a 10 day trip from Honolulu to Palau via Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Guam.

Palau Sunrise Seaview Landison Retreat is a stunning and peaceful getaway. The beautiful pool offers an unbeatable sunrise view, and the rooftop bar is the perfect spot to relax. We loved how quiet it was – while some may see this as a drawback, we saw it as a huge advantage. Who wouldn’t want to have such a beautiful place almost to themselves? The property was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with tour arrangements and even making birthday celebrations special. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a nice bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Palau Royal Resort is in an excellent location with beautifully maintained grounds that make it a pleasure to walk around. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. While the Wi-Fi could be improved – it tended to drop out and required re-logging in frequently – and the bar opening hours could start a little earlier, these were minor points in an otherwise wonderful stay. I would happily recommend Palau Royal Resort for anyone visiting Palau.

Staff and customer service were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned spotless every day and the hotel surroundings were super spacious and tranquil. We had one of our best holiday experiences here.

Loved the location and private beach. Amazing. Ultimately it was the staff that made it so great - so helpful and friendly and they helped organise balloons and a cake for my son’s birthday which he loved.
