Positive section of review
Beautiful apartment, fully equipped for both short and long stay. Well positioned near bus and metro to explore Lisbon, good restaurants and supermarket in the area. Communication with the host was easy via Booking chat, and they welcomed us on arrival at 9pm which was really appreciated.

The kitchen's table has a thin glass laid on it but it is not fixed. It can be unsafe if the glass goes out of place, and the sharp corners stick out.

The staff were very professional and the room was clean and had all the necessary accessories.The hotel restaurant food was delicious and the hotel is close to the shops,mall and beach.Will definitely be coming back there :)

The location, the view was great, and breakfast was nice. Cleanliness was great.

Too many little things were suboptimal. The swimming pool is only to be used with a head cap, just annoying. I've been in so many hotels all over the world, but only in Portugal do they have these kinds of requirements. The AC was uncontrollable and generally too cold. The warm water in the shower didn't work, the elevator was just too slow and two elevators are just not enough, last but not least the garage is a hazard, too narrow even for small cars.

The property is cluttered with the owners own personal belongings, the shelves are overpopulated with ornamental rubbish. 4pm is too late for checking in, this could easily be moved to 2pm. Especially when check out is 10aam this should be 11am. They don't provide anything, a few bits like shower gel & WC Tissue would be beneficial.

A very good breakfast, a nice selection and very attentive staff. The room was clean and had everything needed for a stay. Lovely view of the castle from our room and the large doors and mini balcony were nice additions. The air con was much appreciated too.

The location wasn’t the best side of Lisbon but not something that can be changed, it was itself on a small side street which was better than some of the other streets nearby. However it was very local to central Lisbon and getting to places was very easy both on foot and with easy access to the metro.
