Room functionality, it meets the purpose, the bed's comfy, place to rest after a long day of exploring. Location, it was a good and safe location, very accessible. I would like to thank the staff, they're very helpful and prompt. Even before we arrived, they're very responsive to all my questions and requests. I hope I got their names, thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Breakfast, hope there's a bit of a variety, same food for our 3 days stay. I hope they replace the chair in the room, its old and there's a smell to it.

My absolute favourite stay in our 4 week Europe trip. The rooms are phenomenal and photos don't do it justice, so much character and the space is huge!!! Central to so many good restaurants and sites! Self check in process was very easy. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Such a great location! Room was cozy but absolutely lovely, we loved having the balcony also. Staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a run down of the best places in the city. Would highly recommend!

The ambience of the public spaces is wonderful. Dinner was a surprise treat. All staff were friendly & helpful Location in middle of the Bussaco Forest is magic - would have loved more time to explore.

Bedrooms are a little tired - upkeep focused on the public spaces.

Wonderful apartment. Clean, quiet, spacious. One of our best stays in the last time.

The Breakfast was really good as well as the overall location of the hostel

Due to the Location it was really loud at night and even with the windows closed every little sound was listenable, not a con necessarily but good to know. Other then that i wasn't completely sure about the hygiene in the baths, especially the ventilation system looked all moldy and dusty.

Excellent location. Friendly and genuine staff…happy to help. Breakfast was satisfactory. Decent sized room with comfortable bed and pillows. Nighttime noises didn’t bother us as this was expected due to the popular area. Comfortable walking distance to the shops, beach and restaurants.

Flickering lights in our room upon arrival. Shower stopped running water on two separate occasions….however staff did arrange prompt repairs. Balcony door was stiff and heavy to open and close. Balcony floor had missing/chipped tiles..(dangerous!)

The property is beautiful. Furnished with exceptional quality products throughout and all the small touches thought of.
