Anne Grethe was waiting for us and the key was already at the door. The apartment was quite good, like in the fotos. The livingroom was spacious, it was nice to sit there in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a place for the car very close to the house.

The night was difficult for us. The bed (120 cm) in the larger sleeping alcove was too narrow for two adults. And the smaller space for sleeping was too cool for our taste. Some kind of sign or street name would help find the place easier.

Location is in the new Soren area which is a short walk to the marina, the opera and the Munch museum. Staff were always responsive. The apartment itself was quite standard but clean and quite new.

If you plan to cook then you need to bring everything with you including oil, salt and pepper, etc as they provide only pans and pots. My main grief was with the pillow which was the thinnest, cheapest pillow ever. Barely a pillow and possibly the worst I've ever had.

We stored our bags whilst waiting for our afternoon train. When we came back to collect them I asked if it would be ok to have coffee. The staff member said yes to coffee but pointed out that we mustn’t have the free afternoon cake. Perhaps not the best customer experience. Other staff were nice though
