The hotel is actually a large house, very well maintained with a classic design. There is a lot of privacy, in fact I occasionally heard staff or other residents, but apart from breakfast hours I didn't see anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, from the shower to the bed, the courtyard is beautiful, and the only staff member I met was lovely. Recommended experience, I will definitely be back.

At breakfast, the vegetables weren't the freshest, and the variety could perhaps be improved a bit, but what I did eat was very tasty, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Great communal areas in the hostel - there is a real buzz and the whole building is very cool. The location is brilliant - just as you step off the ferry from Centraal Station. Amsterdam Noord is the place to be!

For a hostel, it was expensive, but that's Amsterdam for you.

The design was lovely and cool and it was still comfortable. The rooms had plenty of space along with the bathroom. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great location beside the train station.

Very clean and ultra modern! Attention to detail was excellent.

One of the reasons I booked this property was for the included bikes. I sent a message about the bikes before my stay, to double check they were included. I did not get a reply. Once we arrived we met the host who showed us around the boat. However because we were tired due to just finishing a 3 day festival I Forgot to ask face to face about the bikes.Therefore I sent another message about the bikes, to which the host again missed. This resulted in us having to walk around Amsterdam for our 2 day stay and also use taxis. Therefore this let our trip down somewhat. The host did apologise. However not having the bikes available did really spoil our time. I’d recommend having the codes for the bikes available at the property so they don’t have to rely on the host. Other than this the host is very nice and the boat is excellent. It is quite a walk to the centre of Amsterdam, so I’d recommend ensuring you get the bikes.

Really nice rooms and Bathrooms and lovely hotel in general.

The Sauna area looked a bit run down and needs some repairs done (for example Sauna door doesn't open properly). Could do with a staff member on Sauna and Pool duty as there were groups of young adults going absolutely crazy in both. Felt very uncomfortable alone with them there.

The Location, the staff and the General atmosphere

The bathroom is too small and not very private. The room for 4 people is a little bit too small.

Comfortable, kind staff, parking spaces.

The location is perfect.... so easy to travel....
