Everyone in the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. They offered us activities for free as well as special discounts in their restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean. Although it is an old hotel, you could see they are trying to take care of things and reparing. The hotel is near many restaurants walking distance. The staff recommended us some places to eat, and also a place to get a massage and all were very good suggestions. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing!

I think they are trying very hard, and knowing the economic situation in Saipan these days and the low turism I understand that some things were closed (like the gym or one of the pools). Breakfast was very poor, food options were limited and the quality was not great. Also the shower could have a little bit more of pressure and hotter water.

Since there are only two hotels operating in Rota at the moment, this hotel was totally satisfactory. You get what you pay for. Given the huge price difference in comparison with the other hotel, this one was a very good choice. Functioning A/C and hot water, quite a comfortable bed, silence and a beautiful location is all I needed.

Cleaning should be paid more attention to. Seriously. The floor, the corners, everything. Shampoo and a hairdryer could be provided. No restaurant but there is one in the adjacent pricy hotel (keep your expectations low even so).

Close to the beach, close to town and the restaurants and bars. Very roomy rooms with fantastic views. MJ and staff were more than personally helpful. Loved it!

Very nice park area and private small beach. It was also right next to a public park with even more beach available

Breakfast was kinda hit and miss. Just.. not so tasty somehow. If you sit outside you'll likely get stung by mosquitoes. Flies around the breakfast area outside.

Breakfast was good but service slow with only 1 cook and 1 wait staff especially for breakfast.

Front desk not friendly and closes at 2pm or 3pm. No contact with housekeeping or front desk when assistance needed. Room appeared set up with kitchen but there was no microwave, hot pot or cups/glasses.
